Appleseed Alpha is a action, explosions, gunshots adrenaline movie, if you want action with a easy to understand soft story you will like this movie, and sometimes is good to watch something were you don't have to think so much.
Story- 7/10
The plot of this movie is nothing to think about. You have seen it in one form or another a million times before, often better executed. Would've done nicely for a game though. It's the classic bad guy wants to destroy or govern the world so good guys need to stop him.
Art-10/10
i don't like CGI but yes BUT!! this movie was EPIC the artwork was
...
so good that i really doubted in the beginning of the movie whether it was animation or live action. The ruins of New York look like a delight to wander around in and to just explore, the characters were so real, if only all CGI could be done like this.
Sound- 7/10
Sound wise i don't find it very fiting or ear anything amazing, it was a techno almost dubstep ost witch in my opinion didn't fit very well with the action but it's just my opinion.
Overall- 8/10
Alpha is a good movies to watch at night or when you don't have that much to do because it's a good watch, I can honestly say i watched this movie for the art, not the story but i did have a very good time watching it so even if it sounds like a boring movie it's not, the enjoyment level is high and i bet you will like it.

Appleseed XIII falls short comparing it to the other Appleseed movies, it's every bit political and action packed as any previous anime or movies but slower. In a way they made this more into a love story, since the movie is a remix from the 13-Ova series the plot holes are not fixed and nothing was changed so there's still so much stuff with no answers.
The problem with Appleseed XIII is that it's much too ambitious for what it's able to pull off. Cramming everything into two movies only makes it worse and it even leaves out some of the best parts of the
...
TV series however it's more compact so it doesn't feel so slow but anyway the movies are just as sloppy as the series
The animation wasn't disgraceful, just distracting, world wise it's good but character's wise it looks bad, the action scenes were good enough i guess, for a movie i expected more but it looks like a bad video game, i'm not a big fan of CGI since almost everytime it looks bad, rush or cheap so don't take my word on this because you need to see to know if you like the animation style.
Overall:
For a remix movie i wasn't expecting it to be great but they didn't improve at all in any aspects.

Appleseed XIII falls short comparing it to the movies, it's every bit political and action packed as any previous anime or movies but slower. In a way they made this more into a love story, it is extremely repetitive almost every episode repeats "the story so far" it feels like almost a quarter of the time you'r re-watching the dialog's and scenes you already saw, and the plot holes can't talk about it because i don't want to give spoilers but there is so much stuff with no answers.
The animation wasn't disgraceful, just distracting, world wise it's good but character's wise it looks bad,

Overall:
If you are not a huge fan of Appleseed franchise skip this, and watch the remix movies instead, since is the same but takes you less time.

Death Note is the perfect thriller. A game of cat-and-mouse between the two most intelligent main characters, it's so suspense-packed that you have to watch the next episode even if you are dying you will watch and forget about going to the hospital, the story is very well though out unlike many other anime, Death Note has a way of keeping ahead of the viewer, and one can never predict what is about to happen.
As you continue watching it you realize how much more there is to the story than a simple notebook and the conflict between a killer and the police. It's
...
about justice, morality, who is right or wrong? is there even a right or wrong in here? aren't both sides trying to archive the same goal of a world without crime or evil and where such crime or evil is punished but with different methods? you will reach a conclusion to all the questions on you'r own depending on you'r personalty, moral and ethics.
Art – 10/10
Made by MadHouse can only be Great!! I love the dark tones, the scenes composition like the potato moment, all used to convey mood and thought. Atmosphere greatly helps in drawing the audience into Kira and L’s duel to the point you won't even be able to think anything else because all you'r attention is on what you are watching and nothing else.
Sound – 10/10
The voice-acting is perfect. The music is intense, dramatic, epic always intensifying the scene and in the right moment.
Story – 10/10
A student finds a notebook that can kill anyone by writing one’s name within, it sound cheap but the story was so well done it's unbelievable, any plot hole you might think has an explanation and even things like the Shinigamis were well thought, the only down-side for some people is the part 2 and in my opinion the end since i wanted it to happen in a different way.
Overall Quality – 10/10
A must watch. Death Note is easily a Top 10 Anime in any list people may create, the most popular and maybe even the one that half anime fans watched as there first anime

** this review may contain few spoilers witch are very basic and do not affect you'r viewing of the movie**
Words can hurt, once something is said you can't take it back but words can also heal, create happiness and most important express what someone might feel, that's the premise of this movie.
Naruse a cute little girl that grew up as an active and talkative child, always with a smile on her face. Everything changes for her because of a thoughtless comment she made.
If I had to describe Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda with one word I’d say it is Art. From the beginning to the
...
end you can feel that someone put a lot of attention and love into this movie and tried his best to get a message across to the viewers. It is a story with a unique atmosphere that will make you want to know how everything is going to end.
Story- 9/10
A story about how a trauma, words someone might say to you can change and affect the way you are going to grow up and interact with other humans and how you are not alone in the world and other people had experience and suffer the same as you.
Art- 9/10
What really struck me as different about this movie is the incorporation of different effects and styles. The storytelling and animations are simple, but the producers added a few extra touches here and there from the phone parts to Naruse's fantasy world.
Sound - 8/10
The OST is simple but was well done in the Musical parts.
Characters- 8/10
They should have been more developed but overall you have different kinds of personalities with Naruse being just so cute and perfect( i love her <3) and even imaginary characters.
Overall and Enjoyment- 9/10
I believe some people might find this Movie boring or average but for me was just Great i did not lose attention watching it and it kept me wanting more and more, i loved Naruse and felt caring and worrying for her, so yeah overall this movie was great and is totally worth watching and it should be watched :)

Memories is a collection of three anime shorts: "Magnetic Rose" directed by Koji Morimoto, "Stink Bomb" by Tensai Okamura and "Cannon Fodder" by Katsuhiro Otomo, and Music by the amazing, outstanding and perfect Yoko Kanno.
Magnetic Rose-
the best of the 3 no doubt about it, this story is all about reality and illusion. Would you want to live in a perfect world, where there is only happiness? Of course you would. But what if this perfect world is nothing but an illusion? That's the question this movie asks.
The movie handles the question very well and doesn't really give an answer, leaving the viewers to
...
form their own opinion. The last scene in particular is extremely beautiful and will keep you thinking long after the credits roll.
Stink Bomb-
This is the most lighthearted of the three movies, as you might expect from its hilariously absurd premise. It belongs to the genre of dark comedy. People die all around our helpless hero, the upbeat, weird-fun, jazz soundtrack makes this even more awesome. The lighthearted Stink Bomb was meant to be just that: A fun little romp that should elicit a smile after the grim Magnetic Rose.
Cannon Fodder-
"Everyone is provided for ... but no one is truly happy", the best thing one can aspire to be is the commander of a cannon. The setting itself is simply neat to watch in its industrial glory, and the message it tries to convey seems to be an indictment on the extreme level of conformity inherent in socialism.
Overall- This was an amazing experience for me and without a doubt i will be re-watching it every year for the rest of my life.

Ghost in the Shell is a very special work for me so i decided to do a review of it.
Positives:
Engaging themes and philosophic questions.
Some of the most creative villains in crime fiction.
The music and acting.
High effort put into creating a believable future.
Yoko Kanno OST :)
...
Negatives:
Tachikoma episodes were not that funny or interesting.
Occasional pacing issues.
Art – 9/10
A sharp, clean style renders SAC nicely. The CGI for the vehicles isn’t bad but i'm not a big fan of CGI but have to admit the Opening was amazing and from it i could tell this anime was gonna be great.
Sound – 10/10
Same psychedelic, gregorian music from the movie, for the most part. Yoko Kanno, of course explains the great quality after all in my opinion she is the Godess of OST she can do everything and always in a level only she lives in. Opening "Inner Universe" was perfect one of best songs you will ever listen in an opening with Origa's magical voice.
Story – 9/10
A cyber police unit fights criminals of a future technology nature, most noticeable The Laughing Man. Stand Alone is a crime story in a realistic science fiction world implemented to epic results. Strong on philosophy and politics themes with the same intelligent and deep characters we see on the movie.
Overall Quality and Enjoyment- 10/10
A must watch if you enjoyed the movie. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is a great anime an easy recommendation unless crime serials aren’t for you.

Ghost in the Shell is a very special work for me so i decided to do a review of it.
Positives:
Detailed, cyberpunk world.
Moments of cerebral peace and introspection.
Cool tech.
Making of a Cyborg sequence.
Great Soundtrack.
Intelligent and interesting Characters.
...
Negatives:
Too short.
Story and Characters needs more development.
Art – 10/10
Ghost in the Shell’s grimy, rainy, futuristic, cyberpunk world is brought to life with detailed art and great animation by Hiroyuki Okiura and outstanding backgrounds by Masatoshi Kai. The ‘Making of a Cyborg’ is one of my favorite sequences in anime.
Sound – 10/10
The music is unusual, psychedelic, Gregorian chants, and I love it. The fit with the setting and humanity themes is perfect and without a doubt the best work Kenji Kawai has ever done.
Story – 9/10
Cybernetic police investigate a ‘ghost-hack,’ which allows control of people’s brains. An introspective film set in a grimy world of tech and blurred lines between human and machine. Needed to be longer and have more character and story development, since it can be hard for people to connect or understand it in the first watch.
Overall Quality and Enjoyment – 10/10
Ghost in the Shell showed me it was something special within minutes of starting the movie, my only serious complaint with Ghost in the Shell is the short length. So much of the world and the story that had room for more exploration. This movie might have been the one who show me anime is more than just superpowers and fights.

Bloody Mary, the first thing that got my eye on it was the Full-Colored part, since is not common or even rare to see colored manga's i needed to give it a try and man i was amazed, i'm kind of new to manga and reading a colored one is so much enjoyable than the normal black and white.
Story 7/10- Story was good but not "new" or how can i say very original, is about demons that are at war with each other and humans fear for extinction so they fight them to being Mary the main character for this story, having the friendship and
...
trust feelings as a big part of the story.
Art 10/10- The artwork is a real pleasure to look at, full-colored with amazing designs and the Ecchi part is really well done not passing the line between Ecchi and Hentai, the blood and fights were pretty well designed to.
Characters 8/10- The Characters were pretty good, Mary is an interesting character, the manga covers the pass of some characters for 20 chapters i think it was good not very deep but just the necessary.
Enjoyment 9/10- Demons, Fights, Blood, Ecchi... this manga at it all to be an easily enjoyable and engaging manga, i read the 20 chapters all in the same day without even get bored or tired.
Overall 9/10- Overall this is a good manga and if you are starting to read manga's this is a good one since its colored and for me that facilitates alot reading something that i'm not used to.
ps: there is only 16 Chapters(till now) in English that i could find(and i searched alot) from 16 to 20 i read(translating it witch gives alot of work and wastes alot of time) from Japanese raws.
This was my first review, why i did it? well i wanted to try do it, if anyone has something to say feel free to text me ^_^
