Hey there! It's been like..three years since I last posted here. lol.

Hope all is well!

I'm writing down that last sentence. It's, uh, quotable :D

Ahh, I see. Then, doesn't that mean there's something special in how you play? :o I mean, you play solely to enjoy, yet you manage to move people like me :D

Every time they show a starry sky, or the comet, it's always total eye candy :'D Taki was just basically floating around, but they still manage to make it look really nice :o Ehh, I'm not x'D I just decided to print out the sheets since I thought it sounded really nice, and, hey, it was Kataware Doki, after all. But, really, I could never imagine myself playing a TheIshter arrangement ;w; Ooh, advice taken! I'll be looking for smartphone apps later >:D How did you practice reading sheet music, though? I'm curious :o

Yes, that's right! Kimi no Na Wa premiered in August, while Koe no Katachi premiered in early September. Japanese anime fans must have been really happy last year lmao. The anime managed to properly adapt the main and important parts of the manga, but since the length of the film wasn't enough to adapt the whole thing, they had to cut out the scenes where the side characters get developed, which lead to them being pretty forgettable in the movie, even though they left quite an impact on me when I read the manga ;w;

Sure, you may not think that, but you're already on the way to being a pro, I guarantee that :D

Thank you for the motivation! >:3 Ooh, nice! That'll be my goal as well, to inspire other people to play too :o

Same here! A film like that doesn't deserve to be watched in low quality, after all. I especially loved the animation in the part where Taki had a glimpse of Mitsuha's past. I actually printed out the exact same sheets a month ago, but I haven't started learning it yet! It's just too difficult for me, and I suck at reading sheet music quickly :'D Yep! It's the one with the deaf girl, and the bully! Lmao, that makes sense since both movies premiered only a month apart xD If you're planning to watch it, then I suggest reading the manga, too! I think it's way better than the film adaptation :o

To me, you're a real pro, though! I don't think anything is going to change that, haha :3 I can't wait to hear it! I'm sure it'll be as lovely as ever ^^

Actually, I've been getting back to playing the piano again, too! School is still eating up most of my time, but I think I'm improving bit by bit every time I practice :'D I was honestly inspired after watching your Youtube video lmao xP

Gosh, I LOVED Kimi no Na Wa! I watched it when the blu-ray came out a few weeks ago lmao. It was nice watching it in 1080p. Everything was so crisp and clear, and the animation was just beautiful! Plus, the soundtrack is amazing, I loved listening to every song, especially Kataware Doki, that one's my favorite so far :D Have you seen Koe no Katachi, though? I loved that movie as well :3
-PassingBy- Aug 6, 2017 6:45 AM
As usual, spoken like a true pro :3 Don't worry, I'll always be waiting here until you're satisfied with your performance, and upload it :D
And, uh, I'm finally back here, apparently? It's nice to be talking to you again :'D

Hey Potato-kun! Long time no talk!! How have you been doing, good sir?

And oh forgive me, I never did get around to responding back to you (you're more than welcome to pester me about writing you back haha). Forgive me! And as such, I'll reply back to your previous message TwT

Usually the traits for the house is as follows: Gryffindor - Bravery, Hufflepuff - Dedication, Ravenclaw - Knowledge, Slytherin - Ambition. Though this page is a bit more descriptive on that matter aha. If that's the case... hello fellow Hufflepuff!! :>

Ooh, Nujabes is life! I can't say I'm completely familiar with some of the artists you mentioned, but I thoroughly enjoyed the links you provided. I'll definitely venture to see what those other artists are!

I think I'll venture into Owari no Seraph next with my sibling! I've been doing a bit of keeping up with some airing titles such as Boku Dake ga Inai Machi, Myriad Colors Phantom World, Akagame no Shirayuki-hime, and Prince of Stride: Alternative. I've also been watching titles here and there.

Has there been any recent anime you've gotten yourself into? :>
Dan Jan 29, 2016 7:02 PM
Probably one of my latest replies ever lol I wanted to give you my thorough response :D

I haven't seen Gundam 00, but I've heard generally good responses regarding it. I'll try to check it out whenever I can. Turns out the "Winter" Break was a lot shorter than I expected; so I'm back in classes. I'll probably finish Noragami whenever I have the time to do so during a weekend. Young Black Jack has some action in it, but I generally find the plot to be non-cohesive. It's a story about a medical student in the 60-70s, a period of major change in history (they mention alot of historical information to provide the atmosphere of that particular episode). 2-3 episodes would cover a sub-plot or so. The only grand scheme is how he becomes Black Jack.

I ended up finishing Clannad (and AS) as my 99th & 100th slot in the list. I have to say, that was definitely an emotional journey. It was alot slower than I expected, but it was very enjoyable nonetheless.

Anyway, hope to catch up again (and that I don't reply as late). I've been somewhat reading AGK as well. Stay strong with classes :D

The new Gundam is amazing. I myself don't generally follow the Gundam series, so I say it's good whether you're a veteran or a newbie to the series. The pacing is amazing and the animation is flawless. Not to mention the OST for the opening and the ending is pretty good so far. I'm finishing Beautiful Bones as well. I say it'll be a sleeper success (if it continues as it is) since it was overshadowed by popular titles like OPM and Noragami.

Young Black Jack is neat. Not the best in terms of anime pacing and character development, but it's difficult to find medical-based anime. So I generally view the anime positively. The animation and visuals are good to relax in. Don't have to have background in the original Black Jack anime. Just watch and enjoy haha.

I've heard of Bravely Default, but I haven't played it :( I haven't played much 3DS as of late. Although, that cover is really neat. I'm not sure if my toy accordion can match an actual one in terms of quality but I can give it a try once I become used to utilizing it :P

Yeah he's into video games as well. I've tried out the new Fallout 4 (which was absolutely amazing), but I generally spent most of my Christmas playing Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate. Good old hack and slash. Yeah we should definitely get on Steam one of these days. I tend to lurk at night whenever I'm on break from marathoning anime or something :P

I'll probably read Zero no Maria after I finish my 100th anime for my list :P

Yeah. This semester was more stressful than my previous ones. Partially because I didn't organize myself into prioritizing my activities thoughtfully. At one time during midterms, I had a version of dead week with papers/tests/quiz all jam sometime during a single week. I think this upcoming semester, I'll actually read the syllables and plan out the weeks that will be rough because I know the classes I'm taking this upcoming semester are more important for medical school admission, but definitely more challenging than any classes I have taken so far. Plus, I really struggle to find some off time to watch anime :P

Dan Dec 21, 2015 4:11 PM
I'm catching up One Punch Man, Iron-Blooded Orphans (Gundam), Young Black Jack, and Noragami. There might be more, but those are my top picks that I want to watch.
I haven't played the piano in a while. My friend got me a toy accordion so I'm trying to learn some simple songs on that.
Oh that's interesting. I haven't heard of it, will check it out. I haven't been playing too many console games, but my uncle is allowing me to borrow his Xbox One. I still play a little bit of Dota2 here and there. The game is changed dramatically while I was busy, so I'll have to catch up on its patch notes eventually.

Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria sounds REALLY interesting, so I'll find some time during the break to read it.

As for me I've been pretty busy with school so I haven't had time to do much outside of it. I was at a point where before finals week, I had (if I counted correctly): 2 poster presentations, 1 research paper, 2 quizzes, and 2 exams. It was one of the most intense week I've ever done. Now I'm pretty much going to watch some anime, read, and sleep for a month :P
