This literary work contains copious amounts of scenes which detail the (unsuccessful) acts of two males which they perform to preserve their genetic code (i.e. it's way more perverted than average). Seriously, they do it in every chapter. Whereas the average yaoi contains one or two scenes like this per volume, here the chapters are literally called "Turn 1", "Turn 2" etc. What I really liked, though, was the fact that it didn't turn into unnecessary and gratuitous "attempts to remain in the gene pool". The main concept is that the two most handsome and cool guys at university (who are also best friends) spend read more

It's really a stunning manga in all aspects; the characters are sooo interesting, and there is a lot of character development in it. And both main characters are unique, and they are truly a fantastic couple (but prepare yourself, there is quite a big age gap between them). And oh my God, I had an eye-orgasm every time I looked at it, really, I had to inspect the drawings for minutes even though I read the pages very fast. I can say it's one of the most beautiful mangas I've ever read! (If not the most beautiful.) So yes, the art is the best part read more

I don't think I would recommend this. At first, I thought "wow, that's what I've been looking for!"... aaand... it broke all of my hopes immediately. It started as an interesting manga about a man who wants erotic things with a guy, who can't do anything just romantic stuff (his job was that he dated people for money (yes, I know what you think)). So I considered, what will happen? Will the pervy guy be romantic? He has paid a lot of money for this date, so it can be! It would be a perfect character development! He should realise that the romance is more read more

Everyone is cooking, there are two rival Nagashi shops, but the owners' sons like each other, so they have to keep it a secret. Well, okay, so it's Romeo and Juliet yaoi edition, written by Gordon Ramsay. It's 7 points from me.
For me, there are too many hot scenes (but I think it's only a problem for me). It has quite good humour, mostly at the beginning, it becomes more dramatic towards the end.

Guys, if you like psychotic but kind and likeable characters, then you SHOULD read this, you would like Kazushi (the seme). I'm sure you will just love him. Also, read more

((((if you've read an omegaverse-yaoi story before and liked it, you don't need to read my review, read this since it's great ^^))))

For everyone else:
Until today, I've thought that the mere fact that I like yaoi is abnormal. But this... This made it clear that there are different levels of yaoi, and this, ladies and gentlemen, is the most brutal one.
Do NOT read this ever if you:
- Have faith in humanity
- Want to live a happy life in the future
- This is your first yaoi
You can read it if you:
- Have served in the military for 4 years
- Don't mind pedophilia/Mpreg (this doesn't have it, read more

I didn't have big expectations for this manga after some pages, but I have to admit, it has a quite interesting narrative considering that it's a yaoi. The main character, called Keiji (who is the most irritating tsundere who has ever existed), can see red threads of fate. He can also see his string, but he didn't meet the person he expected at the other end of the thread. So he is trying to avoid him, but fate always brings them together.

Story: 8
It has a reeeeally interesting scene around the middle of the manga, and that was also the moment when Keiji got read more

Oh dear, I only read 10 pages and I could find out what the end of this meaningless story would be.
The main character is Kaede who is depressed and has a lack of self-confidence, as he finds himself hideous. However, he has to reject a girl every day. I don't know about you, but if this many people confessed their love to me, then I wouldn't be too disappointed. Furthermore, Kaede tells everyone that he is straight, but then he is distraught because only girls confess their love to him.

Story: 6
It's uninteresting and really predictable, even with this seemingly dumb protagonist. But okay, read more

It's a really interesting story (mostly because of the characters, not really of the storyline) even though it's quite unpopular. We have two fairly different characters. Shizuma had been living a peaceful life with his really likeable girlfriend, until they had broken up. On one morning some days later, Shizuna woke up next to a stranger, Minato, and it seemed they had... let's say "an interesting night together" in case children are reading this, but Shizuna didn't remember anything.
Shizuna is calm, intelligent and he lives for his work, so Minato, a person with loose morals wasn't very sympathetic to him. Minato knows this, however, read more

Nigatsu no Eden has an enthralling narrative about a zoophiliac artist boy, Haruna, who met the cat-like Shiki. Their joint life had begun when Haruna found Shiki on the street, with a lot of injuries, and a mystic tattoo on his arm and back. Haruna brought him to his home, where the wounded boy acted like a scared little kitten. That was the moment when Haruna realized what an enthralling and engrossing person Shiki is, and he decided he would protect him from the man who injured him at all costs.

After reading through most of the most popular yaoi manga series out there, it makes me sad that this one is so obscure.

Story: 7

The story is a copy of Junjou Romantica. I mean, one of the parties writes erotic fiction and the other is a teenager helping him with housework, for crying out loud. I know this would make anyone else give the story a low score, since it's knocking off the most popular series of its kind, but this changes up a few things which people hate about Junjou. Here, Kotaro, the uke who's 10 years younger than the seme (Ayumi), is the read more
