If you are one of those that "graphics is everything" scum then you won't like this, i bet you won't get past episode 1, it's not a masterpiece by any means but that annoying little imouto is cute, i would have hoped it would be more of this.
There is no manga, LN or anything and is an original short anime which if you do like it you will want more development for the characters since they do not get that much.
Sure the 3/4 minute animes are always hurried up, and most of the time they flop but I guess this one is fairly enjoyable, if
