You started with Kizumonogatari? I saw ur list and tbh the first movie was just a prologue basically and the real stuff happens in the 2nd and 3rd. Also, Bake is the starting point of the series usually.

The Fate Zero anime is really good so yeah watch it ( but the light novel is really good from what I heard). Sadly, the visual novel is not officially translated so you kinda gotta do some pirating shenanigans. The Manga is not the best for the Fate Route. There is no UBW manga I think, and honestly, the fate HF trilogy is worth watching.

As for what I liked... I like the concept of a mage battle royal with historical references and a lot of interesting characters. The animation is amazing and the world is interesting with all kinds of characters. You have to know your history btw as certain characters Cu Chulainn and Hassan don't get explained much. They just show up to forward the plot when needed. Fate can be enjoyed as an anime-only if you pay attention and make the most of the plot but the adaptations stick to the routes they are based on ( except 2006 which tried to add other elements which are kinda why I heard it sucks.)

Overall Fate is a pretty good series but because the Fate route adaptation sucks it kinda makes certain aspects underdeveloped. Fate Zero was great because it was the prequel leading up to the routes and it focused on the war from all sides. Fate UBW was a solid shounen-ish show but is the 2nd route so some stuff is missed. Fate HF is really good but it is a bit all over the place because of the pacing allowing only important things to be shown and explained. I skipped Fate 2006 so I might read the VN if it gets localized.

Honestly, I really liked Rebellion. A lot of people did not like it that much but tbh it was great. It made Madoka my 9th fav anime atm.
