If you want to post a pic from your computer, you need a hosting site first (like imgur, photobucket or tinypic, for example). You upload a picture on it, then copy the link and paste it...
If you don't know how to post a picture from net: you copy the link of the picture you want and then you do this: [*img]the link of the picture[*/img], just without the *.
