Both are shonen sports manga with pretty common "from zero to hero"main chara but more important are the similarities that you will see on every step. First of all characters. Keishin can be like Hiruma's little brother, whats more all rivals are equally fair players and extremely likable full dimensional people. You will see some storytelling common points too but I'm not gonna spoil you because finding them all give a lot of fun and satisfaction.
Both are about basketball, I'll/CKBC as an OVA is mostly great visuals but it is about friendship and rivalry too.
More sweetness from cute kids and their strange highschool guardians.
Setting is different but what makes them similar is a maturity of lead character. Isa-san reminds Iwaki in that.
It might sound strange but Bunny is similar to Sasuke and Tiger is like Naruto. The most important their relationship develop in almost same way.
Second story from Non Tea Room - Wipe It - reminds me of Zettai Kareshi right away. In both we have some kind of artificial human but in Wipe It you can find even more interesting idea. Oh, and be avare of BL content.
Both are not about high-school boys. Here we have adults, more or less successful men struggling with their own boundaries in the name of real love. Sound cheap and sappy but anyone who read any of those two know what I mean.
Third story from Bannin, Sora no Uragawa, have same feelings as Negai Kanae Tamae. 'Coz I don't wanna make spoilers I'm only saying that flow of action is quite similar. And art is alike. If you like one you will surely like other one.
Takashi from If Looks Could Kill (extra story of Electric Hands) might be mistaken for Seiji (Otona Keikenchi) twin. They are almost like one person, same straightforward character, both are short and their gazes are nearly the same.
Sport as obstacle in love.
Both are nice to read shoujo. Both have time travels. Even protagonists are very similar with looks and characters too, especially heroine's.
Although Koiha Ina Mono Mouna Mono is soft yaoi and Soryanaize Darling is shoujo. Those manga is similar with dreaming about guy you never met before. And ask same questions: What if i hadn't those dreams? Is that person from my dreams me or someone else?
In both we have white-haired guy and other with eyepache, even if they personalities are not similar. Visible is war with very resembling organizations. Even both have female android with wings.
Those stories have several conecting points and it's not just bittersweet boys love. First thing is secrets, scars from the past, that made them who they are and somehow connect them so much that there is no need to ask. Feeling more important than words, desire to only be together, separation, pain, more questions...
