10: Absolute best of the best masterpieces. The kind of show I'll think about for years after I last watched it.

9: An extremely high-quality show with lots of staying power, but that doesn't emotionally resonate as deep as a 10 does.

8: A great show with minor flaws keeping it from the 9 spot.

7: Bordering on great. The average season highlight show tends to fall here unless it's truly a cut above.

6: Enjoyable but not amazing. The standard seasons good shows go here.

5: Truly average. For shows that aren't memorable or standout, but also not bad.

4: Bad shows that have some basic amount of charm go here. They're watchable, but I'm not going to recommend them.
