The manga isn't colourized, but there's a lot of attention to details. The characters are really well drawn and pretty attractive in my opinion.
Characters: 8/10
There isn't much to say about the main characters, since there aren't that many. However, I think that the main character acts accordingly to his age, which is a good thing.
Enjoyment: 9.5/10
How much you're going to enjoy this manga depends on your preferences. If you like the fantasies that you had while you were still a teenager, or the thought of being able to possess a girls' body, you're probably going to enjoy it.
As for the sex scenes: They're well structured and don't feel unrealistic.
Overall: 9/10
Overall "Tamashii Insert" is a good doujinshi if you're into the things that I've mentioned. It has an interesting story while still containing lots of pornographic scenes. And even if you don't like the story, you can just focus on the art which is really good.
