honestly, it’s very disappointing. I was thinking Nisioin was going to be making some sort of satirical parody of battle shonens but it rather comes off as a mediocre battle shonen with hardly any decent characters with little depth to them. I don’t think particularly anything about Kumagawa, though at the top of my head I guess he’s extremely overrated based on the first 100 chapters.
On MAL, a lot of my scores are old with tags that sometimes don’t line up with how I feel about them now. My favorite characters listed in here exclude all main protagonists, not for any particular reason.
