Hey ho.

So you're watching Gintama that's great.

Well let me give you an advice.
Just for the information.

The first Episodes and the following first Episodes can be quite average.
I know that it can be for many people. So maybe for you as well.

But it will improve a lot afterwards.
So I hope you will keep on watching Gintama

Hey saw your Fullmetal review. Honestly your points are quite solid and i'm not here to argue your opinion. Anime is rated by how a person feels, in my opinion. Just wondering what you think is "top three" material. As you can see I've seen quite a bit of anime at different periods of life so my ratings are scattered everywhere. I'm just looking for a new perspective. Thanks.

Your Unimited Budget Works review is much longer, which is good. I agreed with most of what you said, my only complaint about UBW is it only follows Shirou (And Rin, for the prologue). I loved the direction Fate/Zero took, where you followed most of the cast. Of course, the Fate visual novel is split into 3 routes, each focusing on different characters, so that wouldn't be possible, so my complaint is null here. XD

Great review) Unfortunately it's very uncommon for people to actually appreciate UBW series after Zero, especially those, who are "anime only". I really glad you found it to be just as good as Zero) And I've noticed your positive and warm attitude to Saber, she has her own route in the visual novel(the first one, Fate route), so you might want to check it out to see how the things will end up if Shirou falls in love with her instead of Rin)

I agree with the person below me, Fate/stay night (2006) is the only Fate route adaptation, but borrows scenes from the other two routes, and combines them into one horrible mess. So I wouldn't recommend watching it. Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works (TV) is a pretty good adaptation, it's more shounen-esque than Fate/Zero, and the other Fate routes.

As far as Fate spin offs go I've only seen Fate/Grand Order: First Order, and the first season of Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya. I enjoyed Grand Order, but it definitely doesn't feel complete (Hopefully there'll be a sequel). Fate/kaleid is a magical girl take on the Fate franchise, I personally didn't enjoy it; not my type of show at all, but it's fairly highly rated, you might enjoy it.

I would recommend checking out other shows made by ufotable Kara no Kyoukai/the Garden of sinners movies take place in the Fate universe (Nasuverse), but aren't directly related. Tales of Zestiria the X, and God Eater may be a little generic, but they're beautifully animated, and enjoyable.

Currently there is nothing to recommend. Main series of Fate/SN has only 1 movie - studio deen's adaptation of UBW, which is far worse than the UBW anime series by ufotable. Quality and animation aside it's kinda obvious that 25+1 episodes are much better than 1.5 hour movie in terms of storytelling, emotional impact and character development. But this year should bring the first Fate/SN Heaven's Feel movie also adapted by ufotable, there will be 3 of those in total, and I would suggest watching them since Heaven's Feel route is considered to be the best by many people, I don't fully agree with that, but tastes differ.

If this "route" thing is confusing - Fate/SN is a visual novel, where the events can take 3 different directions and outcomes depending on player's decisions, those directions aka routes are telling different stories from some point. There are 3 in total - "Fate", "UBW" and "HF". The second and the third one have or will have a proper adaptation, while the first one is only partly(and poorly) adapted in 2006 studio deen's anime. The game also forces you to read them in this exact order so the story and characters get more development and layer by layer you start to understand the whole Stay Night.(but with anime series it does not work, since 2006 anime is not just a Fate route, but also a huge spoilerfest for UBW and HF, that's why I don't recommend watching it first)

As for spin-offs like Fate/Grand Order or others - I can't tell for sure, never watcher them yet, I'm a huge fan of the original Stay Night, but never been interested in spin-offs. Sorry for dem walls of text))

Hey there! Glad you liked Fate/Zero. I'm not sure if you will like other shows in this series since they are only a small part of the original visual novel, but I suggest you to watch Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works(2014-2015) anime series instead of the movie, don't forget to watch the prologue, aka episode 0. Keep in mind though, that this will be only 1/3 of the story, so there will be a lot of characters or events left in the shadows or underdeveloped. But the show is awesome, I think you'll like it. Original adaptation by studio deen(Fate/Stay Night 2006) is trash. It mixes up unmixable elements of the visual novel, partly telling the truth, but mostly telling lies. Watch it only if you realy want and nothing more is left) It also spoils upcoming Fate/Heaven's Feel movies, which is another properly adapted 1/3 of the story. Of course it's best to read the visual novel, the story is complete and awesome, but I know that a lot of people just don't like to read and don't want to even try. Anyways, ummm, watch UBW series after Zero, animation will blow you away for sure) Just expect it to be different, while keepeng the same concept(since it's the original work)
