I'm not going to do a whole breakdown of each character, story, plot, music, etc sort of thing. I am enjoying it with what it has so far. It maybe because I am a sucker for gangs in anime and this is around that alley. I also kind of like the real life look on things. Synthetic marijuana, possible gang beef, workforce stress. Sad to say, the youtube one as well even though that was truly awful to watch that really shows how these Youtubers are and how viewers eat it all up. Gangsta was the one anime that actually made me want to read the manga and manga in general. I L O V E D Gangsta. From the opening, the characters, and the ideas in the show. Let's give the show a break too. People are saying "the plots bad", "show had potential", etc. It's a 12 episode series with the manga still being written (slowly but surely) by a seriously ill creator. Props to her for completing 8 volumes while constantly being in and out of the hospital. The characters all had their own personality and some kind of backstory. At least with our main

I honestly loved Ensemble Stars. I loved all the characters and ALL of the songs in the show. I never knew it came from a game until finishing the anime and looking more into it. I'll be honest the ending was completely rushed but I'm hoping for there to be more in another season (hopefully) if there is more story in the game.
The show left you with some questions of like Who? What? Where? When? and Why? and they are possibly answered in the game but the game is only available in Japan so it is hard to translate without a guide that doesn't ... |
