The character is Kumagawa. And yeah, JoJo’s great. Part 4 is my favorite at the moment

I ended up getting burnt out on NISIOISIN stuff after Monogatari and only watched a few episodes of the Pretty Boy Detective Club (which was pretty fun), so I don't really have a lot of recommendations. There's always the Medaka Box manga. The first two arcs are fun if a bit lackluster, but the third arc (which the anime stopped right before) introduces one of the best characters NISIOISIN has ever written and makes it worth reading.
