Story:
You can break the story of Naruto Shippuden down into one sentence.
Naruto's best friends Sasuke Uchiha did fall on the "dark side" and Naruto himself is a great bro so he does everything to bring him back without ever givin up.
Sounds pretty boring doesn't it?
Well while the story progresses the whole thing gets a lot more complicated. Naruto and his friends would have to face several "bad guys", train a lot to be able to beat them and lose a lot of precious people (very emotional! :( ) and the great thing about it is that everything actually connencts.
Talking about the bad guys...they aren't
...
actual bad guys and this is something I liked a lot about Naruto. Usually they are just people who had a really rough live and therefore developed some "bad" but pretty logical philospohy.
For example one enemy believed that it is impossible to understand one another except if everyone understands one another's pain. And to understand pain you must experience pain so he became the bad guy to spread pain over the world. During Naruto's fight against that person they had quite an interesting philosophical conversation- something that the series does a lot.
The only negative aspect about the sotry is that some of the so called filler episodes (episodes that don't really provide anything to the plot but are pretty important to have a deeper understanding for the character's development aka episodes that you won't find in the Manga) are really bad placed.
For example during one of the most intence arcs of the show we got Fillers from OG Naruto- without any logical reason!!
My personal opinion is that you should still watch them but you can decide that for yourself (there are filler lists in the internet).
9/10
Art:
On one hand some of the greatest most memorable fights in Anime history and some really weird animations due to outsourcing of the animation studio but overall pretty solid. 8/10
Sound:
Let's be real on this one. Naruto Shippuden's OST is one of the greatest of all time.

Characters:
Even though there is a ton of characters in this anime you will know every single one after finishing it and that's a fact.
Why you might ask?
Well simply because all of them are very interesting and most of them have quite a depth due to their past and their actions during the story.
The characters will stick to you and if you actually think about them you might learn some valuable lessons about life.
Enjoyment:
I loved it and felt a vast emptiness after I finished the series and the movies.
Overall:
For me a 10/10. Simply because I am emotionally very attached to this Anime.
