Started watching anime for the first time in the beginning of 2013.
I decided to start an account at the beginning of 2014 to keep better track of what I watched since 2013 and what i'll be watching now.
I wasn't able to document everything until I started this account, therefore small things like specials and OVA's that are missing I'll end up finding out about eventually.
I don't keep track of dropped series.
If I had to reason why I grade so many anime a 7 its usually at times because they're an average show from that airing season. The show was entertaining enough to be passable, it doesn't always necessarily mean its bad but it was just ok.
Ratings based on my own personal feel.
Sometimes influenced by people involved, soundtrack, OP & ED, series ending, and characters.
The way I rate helps me personally reflect upon why I rated a series in a certain way, discussion can be also be made.
TL;DR: My list is a mess, and shouldn't be taken all that seriously.
9 - Fantastic watch, very invested in the series
8 - A lot of fun, little flaws here and there but it was great
7 - Pretty average, nothing too big but it was good or ok
6 - The meh rating, it needed a lot of work here and there, slightly disappointing. At least it was watchable for one or two things.
5 - Barely passable, left me completely baffled at its presentation. Dissapointment.
4 - Struggled to keep watching, almost dropped.

I haven't got the AoT game, but I'm tempted to get it on Switch after the reviews were so good compared to the original, plus playable Bert. S3's up there for hyped new shows too.
I liked the Psycho-Pass movie quite a bit, it felt like pretty much just filler but as far as filler goes well, at least it's not Psycho-Pass 2. Maybe I'm biased because it brought Kougami back.
I put a lot of thought into my ratings typically, I've been meaning to make some sort of review score guide to really show what each score means to me, might do it later actually. And yeah, I drop a lot of stuff and don't add it, typically my rule of thumb is that I only add it if a) it's something I got further than 3 episodes into or b) it's something that particularly pissed me off (e.g. Mahouka). I do rethink scores a lot too though. Not drastically, but I often go back and change some scores around, since my opinions sometimes change with hindsight.
And yeah, talk to me about AoT wherever. Regardless, I'd be happy to have SOMEONE to talk AoT with because I feel like zero people on the site care about that show anymore. I remember how much fun the fandom on the site was while the show first aired, damn, what happened.
Yeah anyone can decide what the numbers mean. Some people want to use the lower people want to use the lower part of the scale and some people avoid it. The Disappearance wasn't as impactful for me but that could be because of the gap between viewings or because I watched the dub so I wasn't exactly used to the subbed voices.
This think season is quite decent. There are enjoyable shows in a wide variety of genres. Rakugo is definitely promising, I only watched the first 2 episodes though. I'm also enjoying KonoSuba, Dimension W, and also Erased.
But it's just the start of the year, lots of exciting stuff seems to be coming up.
You're actually watching a ton of airing shows. I was listening to otakuspirit podcast recently and I might check out Galko-chan.
I also rate primarily by feel. I have something similar to you but I haven't really defined it on paper. My 10 spot is also a bit more relaxed, it gives me more flexibility for ratings. Unlike you my clump is at 8 instead of 7, also probably because I have watched less anime. And I'm fine with my clump at 8.
So about our compatibility. Some disagreements regarding Gatchaman Crowds, Wolf Children.
About recommendations for you. There's some 9's on my list that you haven't watched. You might like the sci-fi story Shinsekai Yori or the comedy Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.
