Hello there, I found about mal badges just today.
Seems recently you had some extra badges update, so after refreshing top 100 I see all ranking system is fked up, like someone added users who not active since 2015 or 2016 and they are accounts created to add all entries to see how much time or titles there is etc(take a look at ninjaze or Sakura-bot). Also exp system is very bad, to gain some easy exp to gain better spot in rankings, you have to watch some worst garbage shows to exists(rly? why?). Ofc ppl not gonna watch them, they add it and forget it exists.

Honestly,
1 U better off removing or fixing ranking system based on number of badges etc
2 Adding unique badges based on popular or high rated titles/franchises which works as recommendation for new or casual users
3 Adding fun looking badge icons/gifs from series will make ppl watch more fair to earn it

Well, this site have potential, but now its wasted, makes ppl add they users, see level etc, and nothing worth coming back for.

So I take it you're the creator of Mal-badges. It's pretty fun!

I would've expected your stats to be sky-high, so it's surprising you're a few levels below me.

I was wondering, do the levels only involve the sheer amount of anime you've seen? Or do unique badges give you more experience too? If the latter is the case, I may watch more of those first to boost my level more efficiently. haha
