My ratings can be influenced by my enjoyment of the show, thus why you see shows like Zero no Tsukaima being highly rated. I also try my best to rate the shows based on what genre the show is.
Number System:
10: Absolute Masterpieces imo, may not be my most enjoyed but the anime I think that deserves recognition.
9: Very Very good shows, probably among my favorite anime of all time.
8: Good shows that I see lots of merit in, which i also enjoyed heavily
7: Decently good shows that I enjoyed watching, but has a few flaws that keep the show from being really good.
6: Average shows that fall more into the category of watchable to pass time. Still has a few merit points that I can name.
5: Starts to get bad, starts to be just used as filler. There are still one or two things I might like about these shows (a certain character, certain episode, etc.), which is what pushes me to watch these.
4: Bad shows that I find truly uninspired or just extremely generic with no saving graces. This is the territory where I watch an anime just to explain to people why I didn't enjoy a certain anime.
3: Terrible shows, these shows have aspects that just made me angry rather than start to bore me. Very dull, shows that I really start to regret even watching them.
2: God awful shows. Shows that went out of its way to completely ruin the show, not even worth mentioning it's existence.
1: Will be reserved for the worst of the worst shows ever.

Mahoutsukai no Yome: Chise is super cute.
Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou: Light and fluffy show set in post-apocalyptic setting, super good.
Yuuki Yuuna 2: Time for more Mahou Shoujo Suffering.
Blend S: Heavily reminds me of Working, but worse.
Inuyashiki: Old man suffering BibleThump (Also includes new meme OP by MAN WITH A MISSION)
Kino's Journey: It's Kino, but not as good as the original.
LL Sunshine 2: *sigh* >Goes back into idol hell
