My rating is very biased as i love this manga personally. I will try to help you to decide either to read or skip this manga.
In general, story is pretty lame for a someone who is looking for out of the box. You should avoid this manga if you want dominating OP MC or cultivation.

Multiple girls are interested in MC so it does have harem, but it's majorly for fan service and comedy.

I have rated it 10 because i would love to have someone like Vermeil (demon girl) in my life, hence biased.

Stoic, No bullshit, OP shota MC with easy politics.
It's fun to read manga. It got some simple political setting and MC is very young but stoic. He don't show much emotions, kills when necessary.
Plot : MC got reincarnated as 13th prince with S tier water magic. His other power is that this other stats grow depending on ability of his follower. From young age, he goes around solving many problems of kingdom with his intelligence. Plot also gives him many OP ability which he uses seldomly.
World: So far, only humans are shown. It's medieval fantasy.

Don't focus too much on money spending, it will hurt your brain.

"Read it for the milf"
So it's a typical isekai setting. Plot is about a guy who got reincarnated 1000y in the future along with his beloved princess. His goal is to find the reincarnated version of her.
- MC is powerful, almost OP.
Reason i said read it for the milf cause his mother is dotting and sweet. Initially it gives shota vibes but he grow up to teen after few chapters due to time skip.
He have a little sister who he adores and she also adores him, so it kind of turn up like Irregular at Magic school.

It have good character interaction and many horny moment and harem setting, so shut up your serious brain while reading it.
World Building : It have many main character demi humans, beast, wavryns, magic.

Same fantasy adventure story but with awesome execution.
Who should not read it
1.Those who want OP MC
2.Those who want generic harem and brain dead side characters
Now, in order to enjoy this manga, you have to accept humans are flawed. Not everyone is born talented. In this case, Ashley was a untalented mage who happen to create eternal life potion and researched magic for 5000 year in some cave.
During the course of story, author try to question the curse of long life. World building is well though with various fantasy creatures. It also gives up harry potter vibes.

One of the best aspect of this story is character interaction, specially with MC's familiar which is a dog who can speak and think like humans. These are hilarious moment and one of the biggest reason to start reading this manga now.
Over all, it's a good fantasy adventure story which is able to stand out from generic trash.

This review focuses on second part ( 5-8. Shiwase na Jikan ).
It had a surprising a good plot. I was not expecting it. I don't usually add hentai on myanimelist, but i was enthralled by the story that it compelled me to write a review on MAL.
Story is about a girl who lost her parent and unfortunately got married into a horrible abusive family. She can't leave them because she is poor and she have no else place to go.

Story is about a young looking old elf girl and a human adventuring together.
Girl is an item maker. Due to her long life as an elf, she have lot of experience and really good at it. She makes items such as Night Vision Eye Drops, Fire Resistant pendants etc .. To make items she needs ingredients and raw materials and to gather those, she goes on various adventures with her human friend. As they go on their adventures, we are able to read and observe sweet interactions, and a beautiful world.

Most selling point according to me is world building and wholesome story. If you want to purify your soul or exotic creatures and adventures excite you, you would wanna read this manga.
This is also on of those unique fantasy adventure manga where girl is NOT just a side character acting as wish fulfillment of main character. Character dynamics is sweet, wholesome and extensive. You can observe their reactions, their feeling and art is able to capture all those subtle emotions.
Human guy is a good cook and he cooks lot of new things. Even when cooking is not main theme, you'll get a lot of it. So if you are into it, it might be your thing.
There is no harem and ecchi stuff.
I'm a sucker for fantasy adventure world building so i'm gonna give it 9/10.

Most Isekai manga are based around 'self insert able' perfect main character who get all the girl just by the virtue of their existence. This is different ...
As you can guess from cover and title, MC suffers from server obesity. But you know what, all of us have our own flaws. MC is trying hard to become better that's more that enough to make it stand out from other manga in this genre.

Really good read.

Review:
MC wants to build his harem. But before you ditch it, wait .. read on. I know it's crazy motivation for a main character. Usually, building of harem happens with most isekai anime without even MC wanting it. In other isekai manga, MC gets all the girls just by being strong and no reason at all.
Well, MC in this manga also hopped for this. Become strong to get all the girls. It sounds easy, until it was not. He had to work hard to get his girls.
Most bold thing is that MC is very straight forward. He says he want girls to open their leg for him but he actually want love. It's unlike other MC who say they want love but actually want girls to open their leg. Yeah, i used 'open their leg' terms because this is kind of works used in manga, but in funny context.
Most interesting are characters in manga and world building, al teast after first 10 chapters. Girls don't fall for him just because he is rich, strong, good looking and good at cooking. Author takes up time to build up chemistry between girls and MC.
This is a good manga for light hearted reading and not taking it seriously.

so here is my review of the series and it addresses some of the problem which people have with this show and even i had when i first came across this series.
It's beautiful. World building is top notch. Every character is developed in perfect way possible. Humor is good too. Music is awesome. Action is breath taking. Overall story is mature enough and does not feel like other stupid shit.

This one got a Phedo problem which you can skip. Some might disagree and say that he is in child's body but hear me out. He was literally having his adult after thought before groping a child breast and many more instances where he have adult's personality and he tries to do some really questionable things with child.
BUT this does not imply that he is not a child. Anime is quite inconsistent with his personality. One time he acted like child and cried like one when not able to handle a situation.
Personally, i was so turned off by his ugly bastard personality that i dropped the manga and did not plan to watch anime. Well, being an isekai trash, i was bored and watched the anime. It was just amazing. I just skipped the part where his previous life after thoughts comes.
AND there are other expects of the so called problem too.
1. Some says it's acceptable in japan. Not really sure, but if it is, then ohh well. Who are we to judge !!, since arguments based on morality are really weak. Slaves were morally OK 500 years ago and now it's disgusting.
2. Other expect of this can be imperfection. As gigguk explained in his review video, he is just represented as an imperfect person who is trying to improve himself. He was a fat looser who jerked off to anime tiddies with no social interaction with girls so he do not know how to interact with girls, so he is learning. He got his ass wooped when he tried to grope those tiddies thou.
In the end, i do not like the ugly bastard personality as my brain is hard wired to hate pedo but other expects of the show makes up for it to make it enjoyable to utmost level.
Characters:
You might end up hating 10 year old red head kid. She was one of the reason i ended up dropping this show for a while. Eventually, this show takes each character and carve them into something you will adore. If we think about it carefully, there is nothing wrong with her. A privileged noble brat would certainly act like this, but she grows steadily.
Same goes for our MC. You eventually fall in love with characters and it makes you crave for more.

This LN is underrated.
Isekai have become a common trope in the Otaku world. Even though being part of over used genre, this LN have managed to stand out in more than one way.
It is overly complicated manga which can be considered it's strongest as well as weakest point, whatever you prefer. It is hard to read for average jolly reader, but once you get a hand of it, it is really a master piece.
Why it is hard to read ?
Lots and Lots of character interacting over multiple scenes. In a way, scene does not always revolve around MC which i think is

good. I had to keep a note on notepad of all the characters while reading it. It also have lot of politics which adds complexity to the story which makes it harder for reader to understand. I loved politics though.
Story:
MC is born with 2 reincarnated souls inside him. One is a guy from modern world with lot of knowledge and other is skilled fighter from warring states of Japan. This setting is enough to make him OP like almost all isekai story with bunch of girls revolving around him just because he is NICE, BUT IT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. He is not OP and every girl have proper character development to have a strong relationship.
Each character close to MC is developed perfectly with their own role in the story. Harem does not feel forced or just being their for oppai and since it's nobels and all, he don't have to choose between girls. They are there to compliment MC.
MC used tech from modern world to build and grow his business. It is really good to competent MC like him.
It is an epic world building with lots of adventure, comedy and action.
