The kids are apart of a bigger school, but they are in the lowest class, so no one likes them...they(The bigger school) then made a little school close by for them, 1. Because no one likes them, & 2. They are forced to try & kill the squid. The squid(Kuro-sensei(I might've spelled it wrong)) is a terrorist who has threatened to destroy the world with a bomb, so the kids have to try & assassinate him before then, 1. The government wants them to, & 2. The squid doesnt think they can do it within the amount of time they have (Because he can travel at Mach-20 speed)...So yeah, thats basically the anime lol (From my understanding)
