Anime that inspires me, pinnacles of the genre. There is usually less than ten of those per anime genre. I'm very hesitant to give those out.

Anime that is great and I recommend to everybody.

Anime that is very good and I often recommend after watching something from a gold list.

Anime for fans. By no means bad.
