Angel Voice (Manga) add
Angel Voice is a fairly classic football manga, using the same starting point as manga such as "Rookies".
However, the story very quickly focuses on football, and is carried by endearing characters, all of whom are highly identifiable despite their number, and each with their own particularities. This is a very pleasant feature in a football manga, where it is sometimes difficult to properly exploit a team of 11 players.
Without spoiler, this work will give a direction to one of the characters that will create all the particularity of this manga and give it its emotional strength.
However, there are some regrets: the matches are sometimes weaker ...

Shonan Seven (Manga) add
Mixed Feelings
Shonan Seven is a continuation of the work of Tooru Fujisawa. Colorful characters who all dream to be the strongest.
The story is structured around a tournament and is therefore very classical for this theme. Few surprises or elements that allow this manga to stand out.
Shonan Seven is therefore inferior to the other works of the scriptwriter.
However, it keeps a certain freshness by its chapters which do not deal with fighting and which are quite funny. Also, the artist does a very good work especially in the chara design of the characters. We can lose sight of a character for a while but we remember ...

Drop (Manga) add
Mixed Feelings
Drop is one of the most ordinary furo manga.
Using the tried and tested codes of this genre, the author doesn't bring anything new to a work that we have the feeling to have read several times if we are interested in furyo manga.
The characters and the fights follow one another in the most common way possible and few original elements are present.
Some meta elements and references to other mangas (especially Crows) bring a very light touch of freshness.
So I can only recommend this manga to fans of furyo manga who want to read the same story once again.
People who don't know this genre should discover ...

This manga is an excellent adaptation of Lovecraft's most famous short story. It is not necessary to be familiar with the work of the author of Providence to appreciate Tanabe's manga. In fact, this manga can be an excellent gateway to the Cthulhu Mythos for novices.

The graphic design of this manga perfectly serves the dark atmosphere of Lovecraft's story. The multiple stories that reveal us more and more about this mysterious cult are perfectly articulated and allow us to go deeper and deeper into the strange and disturbing.
The choices to adapt to the change of medium are all relevant. I am thinking in particular ...

Mixed Feelings
These 3 episodes are the conclusion of the tournament started during the first season.
Slightly resuming the end of the season, they deal with the match between Seiseki and Touin Academy.
These episodes are in the continuity of the previous ones and there is therefore no big surprise. If you enjoyed the first episodes, you will have here the end of the tournament and thus of the bow.
A good point however, the OST is enlarged and therefore there is less repetition of themes, which was the case in the first season.
As for the scenario of the match, this one is rather weak, especially compared to the ...

Dokgo 2 (Manga) add
If you come to Dokgo 2, you are already familiar with Dokgo and Dokgo Rewind (and maybe even the author's other works).
Dokgo 2 will therefore not surprise you at all, the themes, art and atmosphere have not changed.
If you enjoyed the first two works of the series, you'll enjoy this one at least as much.
If it can suffer from a defect of repetition as it is so much in line with the two previous manwha, it is nevertheless more accomplished.
For example, the sequence of fights remains simple but it is still better than Dokgo who was extremely simplistic.
The mix of ...
