Elfen Lied is one of mt favorites, I saw that like 3 years ago and it blew my mind.
Really excited for season 2 of Re Zero as well, I really hope Funimation can simuldub it this time since it took them like 2.5 years to get it all on DVD

I'm kind of the opposite when it comes to DxD and Trinity Seven, I thought DxD got boring after season 2 since the the story just got more complicated and it took itself way too seriously. Even Trinity Seven had a great main character but was held back because of the story and the magic concept so I prefer if ecchis don't take themselves too seriously or focus on the action parts.
As for harems, ecchis and comedies, I'd recommend seeing A Lull in the Sea which is one of my favorites, its not a harem or comedy really but its an amazing romance drama that I can't recommend enough.
Sakurasou is another amazing romantic drama and is pretty much perfect so I'd suggest seeing that soon too.
Koe no Katachi is one of the best anime movies and is another romantic drama.
My Bride is a Mermaid is a hilarious romantic comedy
I know you said you don't like long animes but Yu Yu Haksuho is awesome and is 112 episodes long and has no filler. Literally everyone loves or likes Hakusho so I'd recommend trying it out
Hajime no Ippo is also long but its really REALLY good
Golden Boy is really stupid and funny and its only 6 episodes
Higurashi is a great horror mystery that has one of the best anime endings ever, its like 50 episodes long but its worth it
For other world, the genre is called Isekai and I'm not a huge fan of the genre besides maybe Re Zero so I can't really recommend any that you haven't seen yet. I guess an exception would be Familiar of Zero season 4 since you've seen the first 3 seasons.

I started watching anime in 2011 and I started with Naruto. I started watching a lot more anime around 2014 but a lot of those were generic harems that I would probably hate if I'd watch them today except for maybe something like Kanokon. I think 2015 was when I really got into anime and just started watching more of it.
What about yourself?
