First off, megazone 23 comes in three parts but should be watched in order. They are not standalone but have huge gaps to account for the passage of time, so much so that the main characters will get shuffled.
Didnt expect much going into it. The art style is appropriate for the time but still dated. Did like the 70s/80s setting though, reminded me of Akira.
