While I would like to get my thoughts straight before writing anything about what makes Yuri On Ice, I just can't help myself and dive into it after just finishing it.

You could name Yuri On Ice whatever you want, but for me, the only word that could describe it would be: beautiful. Everything about it was beautiful, from the OST to the characters, everything was detailed, not even a single character was left out, and while some parts of it might have disappointed me, it didn't bring the rest down.

(To make this short, the opening is the only thing that saved this show).

At first, I thought Battery would be another sport anime, following the same path as, almost, every sport story out there, but, all in all, you would still enjoy it.

I was wrong.

While it's nice seeing something different, and exploring a different side of the sport genre, it doesn't mean that it would be a masterpiece, that just because it's different and refreshing it would automatically mean that it will be amazing.

Charlotte was a promising anime, it had the potential to be one of those outstanding stories that are a must watch, but now that it has come to an end, I feel disappointed.

From start to end, everything was rushed.

The storyline would have been one of my favorites if they got the time to develope it, I would be attached to characters if they played a majoy role in the story, but as it all goes by, it starts to lose it's importance; the fast-pace of emotions of certain characters really killed the general mood of the story, one moment they could be in the middle read more

Aoharu x Kikanjuu is those stories that may be hit or miss, for some it might be annoying, for others it may be the start of something good.

I fall in the later category.

It may be annoying because there's no development of characters, for me Tachibana Hotaru is a promising main character, but there is a lack of background story, or intentions, that make her character quite annoying or plain. For example her sense of justice would be enjoyable if there would be a reason behind it, a story to tell us why this character think that way, but, as the story progress, it tell us read more
