Content:
- Adult man that hates his life let the intrusive thoughts take hold, which starts a downwards spiral of bad decisions.
Pros:
- Great artstyle!
- Dares to dwell on the discomfort and depressing.
- Irredeemable male lead <3
- Heavy topics!
- Good pacing.
...
Cons:
- I wanted this to have a more tragic endning.
- The daugther's initial motivations remains unexplained.
Conclusion:
- I believe this could have been a banger, if given fx 60 chapters total, with a little more character building and a more devastating finalé. 18 chapters is simply not enough to tell this story and give the reader time to care about the characters.

Content:
- Fluffy and wholesome rom-com that makes me feel good.
- Potential for drama or heavy topics, but solid base in romance and comedy.
Pros:
- It is extremely welldrawn! Even the backgrounds and panellings are spot on.
- Male lead (ml) and female lead (fl) are both lovable and goofy in different ways. Their chemistry is great.
- It is self-described as a slow burn romance, but the pacing is still acceptable and going places.
- The cast of sidecharacters are kept low so far, with 1 friend og ML and two friends of FL, which accelerates the romance pacing. All 3 friends are funny and cool. FL's mom
...
is decently funny so far and the only family member introduced.
Cons:
- It is unapologetical about the usage of the common rom-com tropes, so if you dislike the beach trip, the school festival, the firework show in yukata and home visit, then this won't be for you.
Conclusion:
- I would rate this around either the top of rom-com slob or in the lower ranks of non-slob rom-coms. I can see it ending in 7/10 if the pacing doesn't stall and the remaining sidecharacters are as funny as the current ones.

Concept:
- Short yuri manga of 26 chapters.
- The first part of the story depicts the relationship between two schoolgirls experimenting with their sub/dom fetishes.
- The second part of the story is pretty heavy and deals with consequences of said actions been put to scrutiny by society and peers.
Pros:
- I a sea of bland mangas, this made an emotional impact (albeit small) and it is surely memorable.
- The first part of the manga is mostly centered around the shock-factor of the girls BDSM plays. These are delightfully toxic and wild.
- The narration and pacing in the later part of the manga is well executed and
...
what makes this a serious manga.
Conclusion:
- I recommend this if you like the toxic yuri genre. While it might not be the best drawn or have an outspanding pacing in the first half, I believe the emotional impact it made on me in its 26 chapters was well above average.

Disclaimer:
- This review is made before the manga is completed.
Pros.
- The pacing is acceptable, which is rare for rom-coms.
- The male lead isn’t the relatable loser we see often in rom-coms.
- Depicts post-confession relationship.
- Depicts the circumstances around sex, without showing details.
- Everyone is an adult.
Cons.
...
- It isn’t drawn that well for its genre.
- The humor is passable, but not exceptional.
- The side characters aren’t used as well as we see in other rom-coms.
- The male lead has a weakness that slows down the relationship progression post confession, which hurts the story's pacing and the male leads likability.
Conclusion.
- If you read a lot of rom-com slob, then Uzaki will be a fine addition. I does have some good qualities and fun moments.
- If you are new to the genre, I would generally recommend other more popular titles over this. Want spice, a decent lead and pacing? Domestic Girlfriend. Want teasing and a relatable loser? Nagatoro. Want big titties? Tawawa on Mondays. Want better comedy and side-characters? Love is war & Komi Can’t Communicate. Want a solid rom-com? Dangers of my Heart, Skip and Loafer and many many more. The list goes on and on. I find it hard to recommend Uzaki over better mangas to anyone who isn’t looking for slob.

Year 2024 and 322 chapters in:
- Stunning art. Sweet romcom.
- Starts of strong but after 120ish chapters it reeeeally slows down in the relationship progression. If it had kept a decent pace I would score it way higher.
1 year later and 63 chapters later:
- I cannot imagine spending money on a manga, which chapters barely moves anything ahead. I am reading this for free however, so I can consider it a VERY slow burn romance. Even with this consideration in mind, the pacing of the manga is just horrendous. Fx Komi Can't Communicate is also a slow burn romance, that dragged on. But at
...
least it had humor and whacky sidecharacters.
- This manga is pretty serious and dramatic. Both the Male Lead (ML) and Female Lead (FL) are useless at progressing anything other than the chapter count of the manga.
- This is sad! If this manga had had a somewhat respectable pacing, then it wouldn't be memed to death online. It is genuinely well drawn! The FL is enjoyable aside from her decision making. The story beats and developement is enteresting, but it is just dragged on forever. I am fine with the relationship having road bumps if it is reasonable, and this is reasonable with such a useless FL. I believe this manga would have been a banger, if chapter 120-385 had been 80 chapters instead of 265.
- I will finish this and enjoy every step of the way, but I will forever lament that the final product will be a slowpace, bloated, crawling snail, in the attempt to make more money instead of keeping an acceptable pace.

Disclaimer: I have only read 61 chapters so far.
Content:
- This manga is about bodybuilding as a hobby and a sport, as well as fitness in general.
- Most chapters introduce a new exercise and explain the benefits and proper form of said exercise.
- The cast of characters is growing at a fast pace, but mostly involves high school girls, their female teachers and a couple of comic relief characters.
Pros:
- Cute girls working out are pleasant to look upon.
- The reader is actually learning exercises applicable in their real life.
...
- The manga does have funny moments.
Cons:
- If you aren’t interested in the exercise advice, then you will be disappointed. The remaining narrative (while being comedic) cannot rival better mangas.
Conclusion:
- This manga helped me a ton with my fitness motivation and expanded my repertoire of available exercises in a fun and engaging way. For this reason alone, reading this manga has had a bigger positive impact on my life, than any other. For this I recommend it warmly and hope I can find the rest of the chapters later.
- Judging the manga as a product for readers, who aren’t interested in applying the fitness lessons to their real life routine, does impact the quality of the product in a quite severe way. I do not believe the manga can stand on its own two legs, if the reader skips leg day.

Content:
- Non-suggestive, standard romcom. Slice of life and high school setting.
Pros:
- Most romcoms rely heavily on side characters and with good reasons. But sometimes it is great to be able to really dwell on the romantic duo, in this case a quirky and optimistic girl with her kouhai, a tall quiet boy, whos dream of playing soccer professionally recently got shattered by a leg injury.
- The dynamic is good and carefree for the most part and when heavy emotions enter the narrative, they aren't overly dramatized, but handled with empathy from all involved.
- While the story beats aren't exceptionel, the narration, paneling, pacing and
...
backgrounds helps elevate the reader experience from average to fine.
- No insistence on "the romcom love triangle." Refreshing ;)
Cons:
- With the decision to hold back on sidecharacters, the comedy is dependent on the dynamic in romantic pairing. So far this hasn't caused any issues, but I will be on the look out to see if this manga turns dull. Atm I have read 41 chapters. This can easily go to 80 or even 120 chapters, but I also think it could finish with bravour in something like 60-70 chapters.
Conclusion:
- I was engaged, can imagine myself rereading this and look forward to see the wrap up in some years. I am surely recommending this for the fluffy feelings.

It always peaks my interest, when a manga has a low median score. This community consists almost exclusively of extreme opinions, that rate everything either 8-10 or 1-3. Seeing a manga with a median rating of 6.xx always draws me in. Maybe the fans of a light novel that ended badly decided to review bomb the manga adaptation? Or maybe it is the kind of work that the reader either lover or hates?
This is tagged as romance, comedy and drama, with an ecchi content warning. I read the first 41 chapters expecting that. And I got exactly that. I cannot see why this manga is
...
rated so unfavourable. I think that us readers have come to expect, that romance and comedy always means slice of life and chill vibes, but this was never the case. This manga is tagged as a drama and boy does it deliver on the drama. I would even argue that drama is its strongest point.
Pros:
- The characters are well drawn, have emotional depth and developed back stories.
- The narrative structure is engaging and deliberate.
- The pacing is fine, although following ongoing series is always frustrating.
- The drama is great.
Cons:
- The emphasis on characters facial features allows the background author to slack in some panels (classic shojo problem).
- Maybe the comedy isn't present enough? I don't know.
Conclusion:
- Give it a shot as a drama. I am recommending it.
- Why am I only giving it a 6? A 6 means the manga is fine. Once it is completed I might up it to a 7 or 8. But this manga is for sure better than the median 6.xx score it is carrying, if we are to expect the normal behaviour of rating things either 8-10 or 1-3.

Pros:
- Only 18 chapters, so you won't waste much time reading this.
- Some of the characters and side characters are well written, relateable or endearing.
Cons:
- The art is a little lackluster on many of the characters and the backgrounds.
- The pacing and narration starts of being good, but the latter third is very inconsistent in this regard.
- The male and female lead are both extremely unrealistic in how they handle their social interactions. Many authors forgets, that being bullied will make you thread careful about other peoples motives. Wanting to fit in, while being shy of conflicts are fine traits, but these characters take this
...
too far for me as a reader.
Conclusion:
- I gave this a 4/10, so still in the slop category. Some will enjoy reading this. I would recommend against it however, unless need something really short, or has already dried out the ocean of better mangas about love, fat otakus and gloomy girls.

Pros:
- The story is very grounded and the dialouge, the interactions and the plot progression is believeable.
- All good romances involves relationship building and most of them make the classic love triangle, with two heroine fighting for the protagonist's love. Molester Man isn't different in this regard, but I appreciated seeing the love triangle used very well, by having the heroines relationship fracture over misunderstandings and jealousy. In most romcoms the love triangle is something I endure. In Molester Man it was something I admired about the story and characters, which added tons of layers.
- Much of the comedy comes from the protagonist, who is
...
an anime otaku conversing with his peers on an online board. It has a very "4chan green text" feel, which does add a lot to the story, but some readers will get annoyed at the protagonist over this.
- Having the manga version of an otakus 2ch thread, that was constantly updated while active, gives this story an edge over other romance mangas, as the unimportant details in Molester Man is included, where the average romcom author or editor would have nuked these details from orbit. The normal absence of everyday details makes it very apparent when they are included in this manga and it gives the story an unexpected depth.
- An examble of this could be the use of technology which dates the story around 2000-2006, with flip-phones, Playstation 2s, internet issues and such. The ability to visualize the time period this takes place in gives depth.
- For a 21 chapter story, I was pretty amazed about how much I ended up caring about the characters.
Cons:
- The art in the first chapters is pretty bad, but is soon improved to acceptable. In a world were most mangas are impressively drawn, this takes some time to adjust to.
- The pacing and panelling in the first few chapters is also pretty mediocre, but this becomes way better fast.
- For a story based on supposed real events, I will always scratch my head over the stereotype of the socially maladjusted, terminally online anime otaku suddenly having luck with the ladies.
- I did have some issues differentiating between the ladies of the story. Not by personality, but simply by looks. Similar to how most girls in One Piece just looks like Nami in different clothes. Here the girls share a similar style, in both fashion and hair, which did confuse me a little.
Conclusion:
- I wholeheartedly recommend this. 21 Chapters is short for the value you get as a reader. The art and pacing starts out rough, but improves fast and the end result is a funny, wholesome romance, which ends up in the realistic end of the spectrum of believability when it come to mangas. The characters are acting and reacting in a convincing manner. The drama stems from the relationship building and not some arbitrary event that is forced into the story. The many small messy details about the characters everyday life makes the story stand out in comparison to other romance mangas.
- I gave it a 7/10, which is rare for me. I considered a 6/10, but I do feel like Molester Man deserves the 7. What it did, it did well, without wasting the readers time.
