It's really underrated and I was really surprised to find that out.

The whole idea of this manga, Aliens! It's something you might think you have seen enough, right? Well, yes, no, kinda? You know, their setting of world-building and characters of the aliens, really reminded me of Hero Academia just the difference where the Aliens are not known to the "earthlings" but are allowed under visa (you heard it right), to stay on earth!
They all have their own kind of "quirks". They look like normal humans but can change into an insect. Some look straight up like a beast, and some are just some ... kind of parasites.

Our main character, Gunji Akira, somehow got involved with an alien and the other character Tenkuubashi Shou who is part of the AMO, (some kind of earth-alien police). The AMO got their eye on MC Akira because of his family background. I won't say much more about this one, because of spoiler.

Now working with the AMO, our MC has a lot of growth and obstacles to overcome, with aliens and well, his own weird boss- his boss, I can't write much about him, but so far he seems to be the most mysterious character in this series! Is he evil, acting nice, or just genuinely weird..? We don't know (yet).

The main character is really great. He is not your typical can-do-it-all kinda guy, or the main one that cries all the time- even though he's not holding back on emotions, no, he makes it pretty clear to the reader what he feels but it just rather shy to the other characters- who I might add, are really amazing.

Besides our main Gunji Akira, we have Tenkuubashi Shou. Shou is very direct and might come off as blunt with his way of talking but he's perfect for Akira, who holds back.

The relationship between these two is still developing but so far it's a mutual trust where both want to protect the other (this is no BL by the way lmao even though it does sound like one with the way I'm describing their relationship. But be aware that their interactions can come off like teens with a crush (on Akira's side, but I don't think he notices that whenever he thinks about Shou.)

Anyway, really interesting these two!



I'm excited for more and I do hope the manga will get more readers.

It's not bad but there's just something missing yet to let me say it's "great".

I love the main character. He's relatable and kind of remind me when I was still a student and in a club. I just wish we would finally see him shine.

The slice of life, the boys just hanging out together is what brings me back to the anime. I see potential, so I will stick with it till the end.

Just for the sake of the charaters and art sytle- and maybe soon for the actuall sport. Not that the sport in this anime is bad but I'm here ... to watch the MC progress and not only the side characters.

I never had this much fun watching a football anime!

The characters are so fun and nice to watch. The manager is not just there to look good and actually doing something. The other boys are all unique.

And the main character is really relatable for most of us I would say.

It has some diamond no ace vibes- so if you liked this one you will love Ao Ashi!:)

Lots of stuff will be explained, so that even people with nearly 0 knowledge about football will find it enjoyable.

No super special moves like Inazuma Eleven, or people being super special like Blue Lock.

Amazing. The first episode was straight up confusing at first but a great way to show you how this world works in this anime.

The second episode finally shows us our 2 main character (though, everyone is important)- and even this episode is simply confusing but at the same time giving us the facts we need to know about the characters.

Overall, I was a big fan of all the characters- even the antagonist- or what seem to be. Sound was amazing and dramatic. They know what they're doing.

The art style was a bit sloppy at times but I honestly didn't mind much because the story is ... amazing and at some times I was too shocked anyway with the current situation to even care.
