At first, I've came into my mind that this series is very interesting to watch. I was right, though it just lacks on setting/place wherein the characters interact or fight on.

Yes, there are pretentious scenes in the whole series, especially when Nomura, the MC, is teasing the girls. But it just sucks that his "Spirit Bullet" if I'm correct, every time he uses it, it's just the same as what in previous episodes actually is being shown. Repeating the same position and the animation of his technique makes it actually suck more. ... Although, his technique is Overpowered, it would be better if the angle and animation of his technique would change every time he uses it, doesn't it?

Anyways, aside his technique, the animation of the series is good, the ecchi level is good (minimization to the point wherein they censor parts using a ray of light of that alien woman naked in the bath with Nomura also being naked).

Martial arts is good, but it would be better if they added supernatural or super powers in the series, not just martial arts. Otakus and weebs like anime series with magic or stuff like it if I'm not mistaken, it's more attracting if the author have had added magic in the series. Yet, it takes place on a modernized world not isekai.


EVERYTHING ASIDE!

I like this series, why?
It's not because of the character animations and the setting of the series.
I've found this interesting wherein it takes me to the point that 'You should definitely watch this, it's worth a shot'.
I took that shot and found the series enjoyable to watch. Although there are parts that the viewer of the series may be bored, especially at fighting scenes, it's worth a try.

I didn't care about the animation or whatever might it be, I focused on the plot.
Focusing on the plot of the series is making the viewer understand the situation of the series is on to.

This is all about a young 14-Year Old pianist who had stopped playing the piano for her mother had passed away.

And all of a sudden, he had met a beautiful, blonde girl on spring. And his life had started to change.

I really did love the story, I got the very meaningful message of it.
It made me cry, so much tears had I spent.
...
Those people you cherish the most, is the one who will make you cry the most.

Short comedy lines and scenes makes my tears gone for awhile. After all, it would start flowing.



The symbolism of piano to express love and emotions is what I got tear jerky.
The harmony and symphony of every music you hear can reach you.


I really loved this anime not just because of the music, but the love you can get to it.
The sorrow, anger, despair and hope. Everything is in one piece.
Love and passion to play.

First off, I like to recommend this anime to those people who easily gets attracted to delicious food. :>

Shokugeki no Souma is voiced by the same voice actor: Yoshitsugu, Matsuoka, who is apparently the same voice actors of Sword Art Online, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, Trinity Seven, No Game No Life, Danmachi, etc...

I like how the anime was precisely released and executed to the media. The artwork was good and enjoyable to see. Yet, it really cringeworthy of people being Overly Sexuallized when it comes to tasting delicious food or getitng undressed.

When I first watched this, Ep.1 really attracted me because of Soma-kun's ... talent to cooking. I see how this resembles to MasterChef (cooking competition show where food is the key to taking the top and being entitled as a MasterChef).

Given that the fact this anime is ECCHI, it also emits comedy on how the people/chefs go undressed while tasting food.

This anime is really enjoyable to watch, I feel how Soma-kun really did hardwork and climb up using his cooking skills.

I highly recommend this to watch with your friends but not with your Mother and Father xD. Warning: This includes foodgasm.
