This anime is definitely a must-watch of the season, a simple anime with a huge impact.
Story: 8
Yuru Camp has a simple story that portrays a bunch of girls having a passion of outdoor camping and as they embark on the various trips, the story paces itself well and allows time for the narration and this way, not only can we admire the beauty of outdoor camping this anime displays, we are able to learn something new every episode.

the show, with it being an enjoyable "slice of life" anime. As they enjoy their camping trip, together with its character design, the depiction of the campfire and the nighttime ambiance, it really managed to make the audience feel warm and fuzzy inside, making us feel as if we are right beside them enjoying the scenery. Also, the scenery is realistic, yet once again beautifully depicted and really captures the beauty of each and every one of the must-see destination spots in Japan.
Sound: 10
The OST is easily one of, if not the very best of the season. The tune being unconventional and new, yet perfectly setting a calm scene where the characters are free of the stress we are exposed to in reality. In this anime, the times they spend are always adventurous and fun, and the OST of the show brings you into the scenes at the right moments.
Character: 7
Even though the characters are not the highlight of the show, the characters are brilliant in a way where every one of them are unique and really catches your attention, especially Nadeshiko and Rin, who are 2 of the main characters of the show. These 2 characters really show great chemistry together as both of them help each other out, making their camp fun and exciting.
Enjoyment: 10
Personally, I enjoyed the anime a ton lot, as it really managed to, using camping as the main plot, which may seem to be a turn off due to the effort and time required in the preparation, to appeal to the audience. At the end of the day, it really changed my views on camping into a more positive one. Being able to enjoy the adventures as if you are with them was one of the few unique experiences the anime managed to let the audience have.
Overall, this series is a brilliant 9 out of a 10.
