Well there's Ano Natsu de Matteru. It's not as emotional as the others but still a decent watch. Also Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. There's no romance tag on it but there is some romance vibes, I don't remember if any of the characters get together, once again a decent watch. Jin Rou is a good anime movie with drama and romance, with a very serious tone and setting. Kiznaiver is filled with drama and romance vibes, though there's no romance tag I think due to none of the characters getting together, but don't let that fool you, there is lots of romance. Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, I don't really know why there's no romance tag on this show because there's a good amount of it.

And that's about all the shows with those genres that I've seen and you haven't.
