I always think its funny when I look over the reviews of an Ecchi anime. In reality you probably already know what an ecchi anime is about. Normally the plot is barely there, unreasonable erotic situations and usually an excess of underwear and skin.
What it really comes down to is if you enjoy ecchi anime or not. If you have enjoyed such an anime at least once in your anime history there is a good chance you'll get enjoy this anime. If you haven't, then honestly don't waste your time.
