Both of the MC are similarly characterize; all about two grown men in a barrier of adulthood and go restarting to a life where they can start things from scratch and with a refreshing casting, they're not out of their comfort zone and can improve on their respective field of education plus to improve on their mentality and social skills. The difference is partly on the setting: Re-Life is located in a Japanese School while Bokutachi no Remake is located in a university so generally each of the places provides a different system that are meant to be compulsorily followed.

Tesla Note

Both anime are peak fiction. No I'm telling you, both of them purposely have a similar comedy outlook in their execution through that nice use of CGI to make that movement flow through it's fluidness and interchanging between 2D and 3D or even combined! Both have a similar storytelling of going to various missions but differently conceptual. Ex-arm is a lot more technological and robotic wise while Tesla note is more physical and natural which what makes their premise very unique in both of their respective ways.

Discrimination of a particular race, the matter of freedom, the similar military aspect and setting, and a complex world-building but in an obvious state, both stories are differently visionary in which the way's storytelling direction is leading towards, and characters got similar facets of saving humanity (e.g battle out for their lives to make their own sacrifice and become the survival of the fittest). AOT got titans, 86 got Legions but the groups are opposed to them as they're ones who are opposed to humanity. Plus both have the same soundtrack composer, Sawano Hiroyuki.

Both are implemented SOL though Kaguya-sama is leaning more on the romance while Komi-san is focusing on it's naturalism. Main characters are similarly sympathized but differently characterize in terms of the other traits. Very similar way of emphasizing a certain situation / object whilst experiencing it.

Fantasy Bishoujo Juniku Ojisan to
add

Romcom based show or to say it more simply, Fantasy Bishoujo is essentially the "Isekai Edition" of Kaguya Sama but more comedy than romance centered however it can be said alternatively. Both MCs has a similar trait: Kaguya as Hinata & Shirogane as Tsukasa respectively, minor difference is their own physical competence that's solely oppose in comparison. Similar objective which is to show affection with one another and each of them think of a strategic plan through their usual "Internal monologue" arc before taking different approaches.

Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san

Both romcom mangas has a "masculine" FL with a "casual" ML and each of them interact very romantically and physically similar plus both the FL and ML has a universal relationship progression that could increase anyone's diabetes. There is barely any rivalry and plot is dramaless because both mangas solely depicts a healthy relationship to show what it's like to be those ideal couple that could cope with one another's own barrier and emotional state. Only minor difference is to where the story takes place in different pathways: Tonikaku is more discovering about marriage and the own outcome out of it whilst Shikimori is more towards to a typical shoujo school life that portrays the realism of an ideal relationship and friendship.
