My scoring system:
10 - Favorite masterpieces where there are many compelling characters I can feel invested in, supported by essential world-building and a non-cliched storyline with many original elements, or I simply call these masterpieces of their genres that no show can match even if they're not perfect
9 - Can qualify as a favorite and still is a great series, but wouldn't call it a "masterpiece". Also a number of 9's are from masterpieces that had problems mainly referring to manga endings *cough* Kaguya and Shinjeki no Kyojin
8 - Still love the series and some flaws are glaring, but can not be a favorite
7 - Decent, yet the series can be greatly improved if it wasn't weighed down by its flaws

6 to 5 - Not terrible but has a lot of problems and cliches that make it hard to watch, can drop these series
4 to 2 - Not worth trying, some may see value in watching but I would regret starting these series
