I like watching good anime, so here is my ranking system, I would say.

1-5 - I don't watch bad anime. I don't have much free time, so I thoroughly choose titles to watch.
6 - Rare occasion, when anime is this bad. Probably it is above average, but has many flaws.
7 - Title is okay, but a lot of things make it bad, such as: bad writing, stupid characters, bad animation, etc.
8 - Good anime, with a few flaws.
9 - Almost flawless anime, I like it so much, but some things could be better. Can recommend to watch.
10 - Absolute perfection, Masterpiece, legendary anime. I like it very much and will recommend everyone to watch. I will probably rewatch it myself in a couple of years.

And remember there is no better anime than JoJo and AoT.
