This anime is thoughtful and satiric. Though it is set in a fantasy world, its story has an amazingly high similarity with the real human history. However, its connection between the real history is very implicit; one may need a deep comprehension of the history to discover them. It has wonderful moral and political dilemmas and speeches which seem absurd but actually match up with the reality. It is full of violence but the violence also contributes to the realisticness.

Though the story is interesting at the beginning, it seems that its story development will be incomplete or disproportionate according to the first three episodes.
Its graphic performance is really poor. And this flaw got exacerbated because its story is not so outstanding. The characters are cute and funny but also cliche. I personally feel this anime is enjoyable now and give it a 8 out of 10, maybe because this is the first time I sit down and partially throw away the stereotypes about Akuyaku Reijo theme. This anime is a scribble. R18+ anime is under the dominance of energy-saving-ism; however, this is not a reason for an anime to deliver such bad graphic performance. Its animation is just like powerpoints or even worse than that. It completely lost to its business rivals, nukiges, which commonly use static CGs but significantly higher quality than this. You will waste your precious 15 minutes if you want to watch this.
