I started watching anime as a freshman in high school (2011) and have continued ever since. I don't watch very many shows, but I get really into the shows that I do watch. I usually hear about new animes to watch by random chance or else I'll browse a bookstore for interesting looking manga and, if I'm hooked, I'll watch the corresponding anime if it exists. I like to think of myself as being pretty open minded in terms of genre. I am always looking for new titles to enrich and expand my worldview, as I believe that anime and manga can and should be impactful and life-changing.
