Thanks for the Kon works suggestions. I am already halfway through Paprika. I have not watched paranoia agent yet. Also, you have to see Shinsekai Yori, one of the best dystopian sci-fi shows anime has to offer (even better than Psycho Pass and it was done by Ass-1 Pictures). It has weird animation sometimes and episode 8 is just out of place but as a whole it is worth the journey. And it has subtle hints about the last episode revelation.

And since you are a Yuasa Masaaki fan watch Tatami Galaxy and Kaiba. James and I saw the first episode of Tatami Galaxy and it is unique in its own good way. It is also about college life and you can relate to it at some level. Kaiba is a blind recommendation.

No problem. Btw, you need to watch Persona 4 the Animation and Shingeki no Bahamut. For Persona, watch the dub over the sub (do you want terrible bear puns (dub) or constantly screaming in the most irritating voice ever "kuma" every few minutes (sub)). While for Bahamut, Sawashiro Miyuki voices zombie girl (#bestgirl) and Favaro is GOAT.
