They are really bad in german, even their english is better.
If you dont have dubs, you learn other languages quicker ;)

There was a dutch comedy series that i watched on youtube. I think there were no subtitles but it was still worth to watch. It was about a school and in the first episode a boy in a wheelchair was hurt.
Do you know the series by any chance?

I didnt really enjoy it. I had high expectations but naaaah
Puhama May 10, 5:37 AM
Oh I just noticed you dont mean that...but that in the japanese original version is german too right?^^
Its funny, I am happy they like our language for the Magic Spells or character names.

And i agree with what you said earlier, its fun to read Dutch as well xD
Puhama May 10, 5:35 AM
Hi there^^
I think the German dubs here are often pretty good actually. It depends on the studios, some are not that great, then I might search for the sub version.

Here is an example of a well made dub imo:

They have so much emotion and vary their voice, especially Kogoro.

Is this a private question or for a survey by the way?

Hello :3

That's good and you are welcome! ^_^

Well I'm healthy and feel below ok and above bad on a daily basis, so nothing new. :|

I see... Don't wanna talk about it... >_>

One Punch Man and some old animes like Angel Beats and Code Geass :3
SeidouTZ Apr 16, 6:20 PM
All good yes. You?

Trying to finally go around and finish some 2 cour series that i put on hold during fall (Hinomaruzumou and Radiant) while at the same time keeping up with a few of the seasonals that i decided to pick up - Fairy Gone, Isekai chibi avengers and One Punch Man season 2.
What about you?
H-Ather Apr 7, 5:21 AM
I hope so too. Rugby is not a sport that I've watched before so must bookmark that one!
I'm not sure abt any recommendations tho. I've been severely behind on so many series that I wanted to see but will get to it in September (fingers crossed)

15 to 16 C is a tad cold ain't it... It isn't so bad but I know these words will come to bite me soon enough. There hadn't been much or any load shedding for the past 5 years but this year the schedules are already given so it'll be horrendous to have one fan teetering above you, on the brink of its death. Also I have the worst of my exams then so I can just visualizer how bad it will be. In the centres, during the hot hours of the day and also the Month of Ramadan. I'll be half dead tbh.
You're totally taking the subjects that I would LOVE to take. Legal studies are something that had always piqued my curiosity. I would love to hear more about how it is.
I hope that you met the deadlines with enough strength to spare for a nice relaxing day!
I am in what you'll call high school I think, or college in UK. In the last year tho. The board exams are on the way and the medical entry test is also something to stress over. With about 70k students appearing every year it feels ridiculous to think that I'll get the admission tho. And everyone knows how the board papers are marked (it totally depends on how beautiful your paper was and how was the the checker's mood even if you've written gibberish inside. Totally unfair for all us trying to give actual info to pass)
The mdcat causes shivers and well no little anxiety and depression. It's like a domino effect cuz there isn't anyone around me that ain't depressed so talking to real life people these days is like piling all that stress onto yourself. That's why it's lovely to chat with you.
My future is 120% decided whether I ace the test. And get into the government medical uni cuz the private fees are mind blogging. Its like typical Asian trend, like what the fuck are you talking about dreams and goals. There is one path and one only. To be a doctor. That's it. It's even worse that like all of my father's side aside from him is doctor so it's like the parent's dreams projected into their children (to be a doctor that is.). So I dunno. Never really thought about a dream but I've always been a debater, I've always loved to speak and express, and do some social work. So I've always had an interest for the legal studies and social studies, but that is something my parents will allow if I fail like if I take any other field it will be this (because you failed to be a doctor you're becoming this) and that's what I hate.
What about you? Where are you planning to be in the future (omg that sounds so much like a job interview. Sorry sorry!)

And gomenasai for the delay, I have my pre boards going on so I'm tip toeing on eggshells whenever I pick up my phone. Cuz there is a parent staring round the corner and silently judging you (and believe me the silent judging and the small sentence that "continue like this and you surely will fail" scares me more than a whole lecture TT)

Hello @AnimeRBB :3
How are you? O///O

I hope you are doing good! ^///^
SeidouTZ Apr 1, 3:18 PM
Like i said and i reiterate is not much of a spoiler is just borrowed the main idea from that tale. Is not like the manga is hiding that, it is pretty clear with it from page 1.
I see, good luck with that then.

Sounds like you have a lot of stuff to catch up with still then.
Dionisio Mar 31, 7:31 PM
Honestly haven't been watching much anime recently, as you can probably tell from my late replies. I have seen a bit of Kaguya-Sama: Love is War and The Promised Neverland, but that's about it for the recent season. I'm still trying to catch up with some anime from last year, and there are plenty others from previous years that I have yet to watch. And don't get me started on my On-Hold list. lol So much anime but so little time, as they say... What have you been watching?

Not really that much of a spoiler but yeah Hoshi Mamoru Inu pays a lot of homage to the Hachiko tail.
Pokemon rom hacks take a different spin on the games so i found it always fun, either when they take a more parody type approach or try tell a story without keeping it ligher to the fans. Pokemon Reborn, Pokemon Insurgance, or Pokemon Legends of the Arena are a few that i considered to excel at what they were trying to do and i would defenetly recomend.
Have more or less of a love and hate relationship with the anime, still found X and Y to be one of the best instalments in the series we had in the past years tho.

Not sure, maybe Gungrave or Samurai Champloo dont know yet. Will decide that after i am done with To lover-ru.
You? Planning to watch something in particular?
H-Ather Mar 26, 2:40 AM
Class room of elite is a nice anime, not too much on the top list but they've left such a note of suspense thst it has to have a second season. Just to clarify the things because the story is wholly incomplete.
Yup I've also not seen claymore and kingdom yet (will get around to that eventually) Oh And kuroko no basuke is on eof my faves too!

I cannot bear cold at all. Like it'll be 5 to 10 C here and I'll be freezing, with four layers of clothing. Perhaps bcz the summers are so long and the temperature goes to like 50 C for two months, (June July.).
Yeah well it happens too. Its mostly just me and my parents and like once or twice a month meet others. But I dunno what happens on Easter and thanksgiving and stuff, but like I think Christmas, Eid are the only holidays when you get to meet the whole extended Family. (even though we're pretty non rambunctious and secluded according to the standard) but yes Home it is :)
So what's your field of study?
H-Ather Mar 24, 11:06 PM
It was good but definitely not one of my faves
Thank you so much ^^
Yes! Re zero and psycho pass are also book marked tbh and how can I forget the Bnha movie that's gonna be out at like end of the year(I think, I don't know the details yet).
Well for me I think class room of the elite HAS to have a new season!
And I'm also desperately waiting for hyouka one but it ain't announced and doesn't seem like it will be anytime soon. (A bummer honestly) also haikyuu is getting another season! Which is something I can definitely look forward to.
Languages have never been my forte, I like reading and stuff but when it comes to exams it's all about how much you can memorize which is not that good for languages (and definitely not a talent of myself) Dutch does sound cool tho!
I really wanna visit the netherlands and Belgium and also Italy for some classic pasta and pizza, lol. It would be nice, I think, to see all the rich history that is in Germany and others.
What is your country tho?

Living in Pakistan.. Well its home. Its nice and warm I think, both figuratively and literally. (and the food is to die for uhmuhm) It is one of the countries that were once a part of the mughal Indian subcontinent so its definitely rich in culture and history, just the thing I love. Pakistan is one of those countries that is Islamic but not too much. Like you have all the freedom of dressing and stuff, and of life but there is also a culture that you can turn back to. Its like living in two areas at once, if that makes any sense for you.
For example, the weddings for once, they're extremely similar to the Indian ones, the old mughal ones that are umm totally over the top I feel. But then there are areas where Western clothing is a way of life. So you can't really say.
It's like you start from the south and till the North every city changes a bit in culture until there is no comparison between the very north and the very south.
And its a very VERY family dependant country. Like all my aunts and uncles which are abt 20 (both genders combined) (from both my parent's side) are considered like immediate family. And there comes the extended family...which I don't even know how they're related to me but they're brown and one person from my family know them so hey they're family (like wth).
It's definitely rambunctious. And everyone has a lot to say but you're never alone. And the parents here would rather die than let their children move to independent housing till their marriage or if they have to go to hostel... Which is sad, for us independence loving souls.
It does seem like a whole rant that is not connected, but I didn't know how to describe just Pakistan, cuz well its home and I love it, but there are many things for improvement as well.
H-Ather Mar 24, 12:37 PM
Yup finished it after we last talked.
I'm fine, (exams and major ones at that are just around the corner so I'm mostly holed up studying or whatnot) totally bored but just a few months to go.
What abt you? How's life? Better I hope
Also Yaas mob psycho is love.
I'm watching that and waiting patiently (OK not so patiently) for all the anime searons abt to be released (like one punch man and BNHA Season 4 is gonna be SO DAMN LIT I can't wait)
I tend to shift between the light novels and manga and English novels but reading is one of my all time fav hobbies. I learnt all the English I know from there (almost) and love the fantasy that's scribbled on the pages. Or the suspense. Or the crime and thrill. Lovely it is, if you ask me :)
I'm from Pakistan, so my language is actually urdu... Which I wanna be proficient in but it hasn't lost its fancy touch. Cuz somehow once a royal language so always a fancy one (whyyyyyy) and all we learn in school is to explain the romantic poetry (or ghazal we call it here). It's real nice if we read it for your own joy but it sucks when you have to elaborate a couplet on 4 pages in fifteen minutes. Sigh.
Dutch is something new. I've never talked to anyone whose Dutch.
So how is it living in Europe? (a broad term) or America I really don't wanna presume.
Kuroda Mar 23, 12:38 AM
Oregairu s3 and Re:Zero s2 announced!
