This is a late as fuck reply, but yeah, I've seen a good chunk of Gintama. Been meaning to pick it back up at wolf's request...for over 2 years. Ha.

Yeah, you should watch it since the original anime has an incomplete ending that most people have trouble understanding (that said, EoE can still be confusing to some as well, but at least it's complete).

Haha, EoE will not be kind to you since it's been so long since you've seen the main series. Oh well, enjoy what you can.

They're alright. If you weren't a fan of the main series, they might appeal to you more. They're simpler and heavier on the action. The 1st one is very similar to the first few eps of the original story-wise, and 3rd one doesn't really make much sense, though. The 2nd one seems to be the most popular as it's different and has good action.

Is it the Dressrosa one still? It was starting to pick up where I left off in the anime. The arc before that though (Punk Hazard) I didn't think was that good, although it might be that the anime just dragged it out too long. I rarely read the manga. Arcs with major characters always deliver and since the Yonkou and Doflamingo are involved now it should return to being as epic as ever.

Naruto (not Shippuuden) was pretty cool, I skipped the filler though (like 100 eps). Even though I was never that into it I felt sad when I heard it was over :(

You'd probs like HunterxHunter (2011). Great battle system.
