Your classic isekai wish fufillment troupe. Mc has the ability to do anything he wants but decides to play doll, getting harem members. Everything that occurs so far falls within the troupe.

Mc is your standard docile isekai protagonist who has no ambition of his own but only gets serious when people around him are endangered. Oblivious to relationship so the story can carry on.
