The funniest anime I have ever seen, must be:

Nichijou:
It has no plot, but it has some deep messages hidden in the series. The art is also really amazing and the characters are all lovable and funny :).
The series follows many characters: the three best friends Yuuko Aioi, Mai Minakami and Mio Naganohara, the robot girl Nano Shinonome with her genius little girl called Professor and their talking cat Sakamoto and many more in their everyday life.

Baka and Test:
Must be one of the best comedy anime, next to Nichijou. The story follows a school that has given their students in classes that fit their knowledge standards, starting from Class A being the smartest, to Class F being the class with all the "not so smart" kids. Every student is given an "Avatar", with which they can fight each other. The series takes place in Class F. Akihisa Yoshii, who is called the "Ultimate Idiot" lives out crazy events in school and outside with his friends: the super smart Mizuki Himeji, the guy where everybody thinks he's a girl Hideyoshi Kinoshita, the german speaking girl Minami Shimada, bro Yuuki Sakamoto and the pervert Kouta Tsuchiya.

The Pet Girl of Sakurasou: Though turning quite sad at the second half of the series, it is a very fun series to watch. The story follows Sorata Kanda who gets kicked out of the dorms of the school, because he kept a cat and now has to stay at Sakura Hall, where all the "trouble children" live. A very wacky story with amazingly good graphics and fun characters.

The Devil is a Part-Timer: The story follows Satan, who gets kicked out of Ente Isla (the world where he comes from)by the angel and has now no way to get back. So he decides to find out the language and the rules of so called "Earth", and so he starts working part time at Mc Ronalds.
