This was my greatest surprise this season. It seemed cool when I read the synopsis, but just another romcom... Well, on first episode I could see it is much more.

Story: 7\10 - The premisse is simple, it is a romance between a couple that are friends on a mmo and happen to met in real life, but the surprise is how amazingly it is executed. The romance is great, the comedy, really good and the display of real world\game is really well done. On the other hand, there are exceeding coincidences that makes the show look a bit contrived and the ending, although making ckear ... what will happen, it isn't conclusive at all and don't look like a real ending (I know the manga isn't over yet, but I'm giving a score on the anime and there probably won't be a season 2, so not being conclusive harms it).

Art and sound: 7\10 - Again, simple but creative and effective. I really like the opening, both song and animation.

Characters: 8\10 - All the characters are charismatic, funny, at least bit complex and the relations between them, be it friendship or romance, are well displayed, relatable and surprisingly clear (and thank God, at least in this show there isn't a fucking love triangle). Even the dynamics between the character in real world and their characters in the game are realistic (they aren't exactly the same in real and virtual life, but similar and recognizable), but the best is that they really resemble real people and they are adults facing different problems if compared to the usual highschool couple. It really deserved a 9, but, besides 4 of them, the other characters didn't get much screentime or development. This was the right choice since the show have only 10 episodes and really should focus on the main couple, but still... It would be better with 12 episodes.

Enjoyment: 10\10 - It was really good to watch, heartwarming and funny, but clearly a bit more than that.

Overall: 8\10 - Not the greatest show or best anime of the year, but still a really good one.

I thought Black Clover would be the nothingness show of the season, but Code Rrealize won this title. I can't say it is bad, but seriously, what strenght does this anime have on the good side? Almost nothing, I would say.

The characters are just the every show kind and pretty bland girl with tragic past, some guys which the most remarkable features are their names and different kinds of "coolness" plus some irremarkable villains.

The main plot is a bit interesting, but half show in and almost nothing happened. I guess the last arc will solve this, but come on. The plot should develop since ... the beginning and relevant things should happen. Every episode something that looks important happens, but in the end nothing changes, I cuold skip from episode 1 to 6 (maybe more, the last one I watched was 5) and the only thing I would lose is the presentation of the vampire boy, mad scientist and "Herlock Sholmes" (really?), but the first one is irrelevant and you can easilly guess the other two's roles.

Animation and sound aren't anything remarkable.

In the end, I would say this show is like "neither stinks nor smells". It goes to the bad side since since any enterteinment is supposed to be good.

It is kind of OK in the first half, but them it turns into complete shit.

Good looking designs and animation.

Sound - 10

... Egoist and Supercell... what more can I say.

Character - 2

It really deserved a 1 there, but Segai is a decent villain and Ayase is a good one despite being a side character, so they pulled the score up. By the way, Shuu, Gai, Daryl and Mana are some of the worse characters I have ever seen.

Enjoyment - 2

I would score 1, but it is reserved to nothing but tentacle rape level of trashiness.

Overall - 1

The only good points about this are the art and sound, but well packed shit is still shit, so the overall score is still 1.


Update: Thanks to Diabolik Lovers and Ousama Game, I had to remake all my scores in the lower half of my list, so it is now a 2. Until now I haven't seen anything nearly as bad as these two.
