How do I rate?
10: Outstanding. A truly elite title that is nearly perfect in every way. This score is rarely given out and indicates an anime/manga that cannot be missed.
9: Superb. Just shy of anime/manga nirvana, this score is a high recommendation because the anime/manga reviewed is head-and-shoulder above its competition.
8: Very good. Innovative, but perhaps not the right choice for everyone. This score indicates that there are many good things to be had, but arguably so.
7: Average. This anime/manga may be good, but is nothing that even casual viewers/readers haven't seen before. A decent anime/manga from beginning to end.
6: Limited Appeal. Although there may be fans of animes/mangas receiving this score, many will be left yearning for a more rewarding experience.
5: Flawed. it may be obvious that the anime/manga has lots of potential, but its most engaging features may be undeniably flawed or not integrated into the work.
4: Bad. While some things went as planned, the majority of this work is so dull that the work falls short as a whole.
3: Painful. If there is anything that's redeeming in an anime/manga of this caliber, it's buried beneath agonizing scenarios, and forgettable characters.
2: Torturing. Basically unwatchable/unreadable. This anime/manga is so insufficient in execution that any value would be deprived in extremely small quantities, if any at all.
1: Underneath my bed. Strawberry ramune from 2007 and a lump of green stuff I think may have once been a bag of shrimp chips
