For the story, I gave it a 9, this manga is about highschool kids forming a band and aspiring in the big stage. The story is a bit cliche, but they add in a little spice, that makes this worth reading. The fast pacing is actually nice in this manga, even though they seem to rush the manga, they gave out the informations really well. For a music genre manga, of course it would be fast pacing, since it doesn't really have a music in it to fill in the gaps for time. Pretty sure if it ... were adapted into an anime, that would fill in the gaps and make that worthwhile to watch.

For the art, I gave it also a 9, the art was very good, it was pretty detailed; I mean the backgrounds took a whole lot of effort to draw. Not really much to say about the art since this is almost the standard in any manga, but this standard is what other manga tries to achieve but fails at it.

Characters, I gave it a 10, the characters were colorfull; the way they were describe in the manga were very accurate, there was no inconsistency among the characters, they acted the way they should have. The characters are the main reason I read this manga. They were all different to each other, that they fill in the gaps that were lacking in some other characters.

Enjoyment, As a musician myself, I hear the sounds even though it is a manga, I'm not exaggerating. The reason I read this was I need an inspiration in writing my music and I got the inspiration I needed. I really enjoyed this anime, but for those who didn't enjoy this very much, I respect your opinion. I highly recommend this for people who likes fast pacing story, but for those who doesn't I don't really recommend this that much.

Story 3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Summarizing the story, we get Tooru Kokonoe as the main character, he had a traumatic incident wherein the person he loved was killed, seeking for revenged he enrolled in a school. Tooru has a power called blaze, and this school enhance the potential of his blaze, by the way he wields a shield, and regarded as an irregular due to him having a shield instead a weapon, but in the school you must have a duo, because the school's mission is to find the ... absolute duo....

At first the plot fascinated me and thought "it might be a good anime", and I saw this trending so I watched it. I won't sugarcoat things here, it was basically horrible, it seems that it was written by some 17 years old who has a chuunibyou, it was stupid the story had no exact plot, backstory, character developement; any of these wasn't present in the story. Even if you tell me it is a 12-episode-story that's why it isn't enough to add in these, then tell me why "how did they throw in fan service?"

I'm going to spoil you guys now, the main character and his girl go to the mall and suddenly the guy opened the curtain while the girl is changing, There is an episode where they go in the beach because of a field trip and then the bra of the girl got wash up by the sea. Now guys these "spoilers" are common in a ecchi/harem story. Almost every harem/ecchi story has these sequences so you could find it in other ecchi/anime stories such as
"Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry" and "Trinity Seven". Asking me what is unique with this story, I can't answer.

Art 6 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
There was inconsistent, sometimes the art was colorful, sometimes it was dark. In my opinion the art wasn't bad but wasn’t good either, The background was beautiful but the character design seemed childish; it wasn't very fitting for the background. Not much to say in art.

Sound 6 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I must praise their efforts on the sound, because the opening and ending changed even though it's just a 12-episode-anime but the reason I gave 6 is because I couldn't feel the battle sequence, the romance part, and etc.. The sound is inaudible in some cases; a battle scene without music is just boring.

The voice actor is a good choice for the characters designs such as Nozomi Yamamoto, who voiced Julie in this anime, you could really tell the anime was aiming for a kuudere character since she was the voice actor.

This is what I hate the most in the anime, they introduce characters but they don't give notice to these characters? Some characters lack attention, like that muscle guy, what’s his name? I FORGOT CAUSE WTF, YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE HIM ONE DIALOUGE; in one episode he only flexed his muscle. It's not only one guy, all of the major characters had no story; there was no reason why the main character even wanted revenge or whom he wanted to revenge against, the series ended full of mystery, not one major mystery involving the main characters were solved. And even though they couldn't give attention to the other characters they kept adding more and more characters, that’s just stupidity

Basically, It wasn't worth my time, it felt like I was just watching other ecchi/harem anime. It was just the same in some points. For an experienced anime watcher it is generic, cliche, and predictable. This anime would surely disappoint you.

For those who just started watching anime and want to watch anime, this series wouldn't be good for you, there are other harem/anime that may satisfy you (highschool dxd/aesthetic of the rouge hero). This series would just be a disappointment on how you view anime.

In the review of the story I said the writer was a 17 year-old chunibyou, let me explain it to you. The character's dialogue is something so shitty I had to cover my ears and just read the subtitle. A gothic Lolita said 9 times (9 times is an exaggeration) in the show "everything is done so we could achieve the absolute duo." why would you emphasize this dialogue? This dialogue should have only been said once for in my opinion it would keep the story more mysterious.

And also parts of the story were unrealistic, I'm not saying being unrealistic in an anime is bad, but atleast keep it consistent. For an example, there was a part they were falling from a second floor in a mall and it took about 20 seconds just to get down, but when they jump from the second floor(yes, jump because they are strong) it only took a split second.
TL;DR ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Story: didn't focus much on the plot but went full fanservice and introduce too many characters that the main characters didn't get enough time for them to unravel their past; and by past, meaning the reason why the story started.

Art: sometimes good, sometimes bad; inconsistent, character design didn't fit too well with the background.

Sound: efforts were good, good choice of VA (voice actors too), but it the background soundtracks were inaudible and forgettable too. Imagine Darth Vader walking without the imperial march, seems bland right? That is the feeling on some parts.

Character: didn't have any developement (by the developements meaning flashbacks or growth of an individual). The characters were not given attention.

Enjoyment: did not enjoy this anime at all, waste of time.

Story 7

Humans and netherworld just live together in newyork!? This story is about Leonardo Watch a kid who has been seeking Libra and organization that makes judgement on both humans and demons so that the world would be balanced. The reason he has been seeking Libra is because he wants to know more about his eyes, because it is the God's eyes which was offered to him by a demon.

The story give's this durarara vibe, an abnormal city that turns even the normals abnormal. Good story, but where the 3 points go? Okay, there were some parts which I felt was rushed leaving some few ... information for the audiences to be gone, as such leading into confusion. There were some missing points, I couldn't comprehend well. Sometime's I even asked "Is this the really the episode next to the last?" It felt I were missing out the characters conversation. Nonetheless the plot can be understandable.

Art 8

The art is very colorful and pleasing to the eyes. Just by looking at the cover picture of this anime would make you want to watch this anime. A playful art is how would I would describe this, playful in a good way. It is entertaining to watch because of the art. The character design is great and the background, it isn't a lazy animation it really pays attention even in the side characters.

Sound 9

Let me ask you two questions, first, have you watched gintama? second, did you like their voice actors? Well I gotta tell you this kid you gon' like the sound, for the reason that the almost all the characters are voiced by the gintama seiyuus. That was not only the reason I gave it a 9, the reason too is that the OP and ED are just amazing, soundtracks sound jazzy which really fits the anime.

Character 6

"Why give the character 6 if you have given the others high scores?" Sorry to disappoint you champ but do you think that a 12-anime-episode could really make a developement on all the characters? The same thing lacking in angel beats. I got disappointed because this 12-episode could have been longer, the anime could have been better. The last episode was 50-minute so why didn't you just made a 24 episode anime? Probably Bones, the producer didn't have much confidence in this anime.

Enjoyment 7

I really enjoyed this anime. One of 12 episodes really made you want to be 24-episode. Just watch the anime to see how much I enjoyed it, there is no point in saying how much I enjoyed it, if you can't feel it..

TL;DR

Pros: The art, story and sound is great but it was missing one component to make it better Characters..

Cons: Characters well a 12-episode-anime could fully develope it's characters, I didn't felt attached to them. The story has some rushed points too due to it being a 12-episode anime.

Story 7

The story revolves around Kagami Junichiro, a NEET; a person who doesn't do productive things, also he has a "YD" well basically it is a disease that let you do what you yearn to do. In short he gives effort to what he wants only, if he doesn't like it he wouldn't bother, but there is more than him being a NEET and having a YD actually in his teenage years he was renowned as a physics genius for unraveling a theory of the "Anywhere Door" in Doraemon. His little sister Kagame Suzune forced him to work in his alma mater/graduated school as a ... teacher.

The story is quite intruiging for me an otaku teacher who helps his students like an otaku would do, although I must say that some parts I felt they were rushed. Each arc are really quite predicatable but it for me it maked me want more for the reason that the I wanted to see more of the characters each arc.

Art 5

The art is quite unique, if I were to say it was bad maybe for the reason budget didn't go too much in this anime since A-1 Pictures conducted 5 animes when this was aired. It doesn't suit my taste and I almost drop this anime the first two episodes, well the reason I didn't drop this would be pretty much the character and story. The art was a disappointment for me, it could have been better if it would have a better art.

Sound 6

The sound is really really out of place in the parts in were played through out the anime, by meaning "out of place" I meant the soundtracks used overlapped to the seiyuu's/voice actor's voice uneccesarily, it made me say "wtf is this sound used in this part, atleast they could volume the soundtracks down!" The OP and ED were quite forgettable it didn't made me wish for more of the bands song, but it was well suited for the anime.

Character 8

The characters of this anime is just "AMUSING" the characters of the story is just unique, in a good way, each arc produces a character that is very different from one another it makes you want to say "what is the story behind this character why is she like this?" well that is the main reason I got to finished this anime, if I were to say in one word it was curiousity, curiosity to these character. But out of my praising I got to say that the characters didn't got the amount of screen time or developement they needed for me to love them more.

Enjoyment 7

I got to tell you that this anime is good just wait, if you want to throw/dropped this anime don't the good parts are in the middle, just get used to the uncomforbability of this anime. My enjoyment for this anime led me to read the manga, I got to say the manga is better, what I really wished was that A-1 just gave it up to another studio.

Pros: The story and the characters are the one's who made this anime they are unique in a way you would love both of them in no time.

I'm angry because of the hiatus of this anime, and that makes me an otaku. xD
but I wish Togashi could get better so he can continue writing hxh, and plus he can't write 100% if he force himself to write while sick, I want at it 100% reading the manga and anime. I think he is one of the best writers out there, his other masterpiece yuyu hakusho. This is one hell of an anime it is consistent of every aspect. What's great about this anime ... is that the equal time of feeling in it. The time to hate, the time to love, and the time to be happy.

The first time I watch this was like ughhh, another typical shounen anime shiznit. I felt like I was gonna drop it in the first episode. But then I just kept pressing the next button and the next. The next thing I knew I was already singing the opening song. Really I hate myself for hating this anime at first. It must be a shounen manga but a shounen manga you have never seen before!

-Story 11-
The story 11 but cant give 11 here. At first you might think the flow of the story has no complexity just about a kid who sets out on a journey to find the reason why his father abandoned him to be a hunter. But then he meets this 3 people, one who swore revenge, one who desire riches and one who wants to be released. The four of them together take the hunter exam, and this were this gets serious "Nen" its like an life energy which in chinese called "Chi" similar to chakra. The complexity almost makes you think how can a human think of these? Thousands of fighting styles can be made if you know how to use nen. It is so creative. This is just outstanding no need to say more spoilers just watch it and you will learn why I gave this 11.

Character developement, flashbacks, flow of the story. It was delivered how Togashi wanted it supposed to be. And that what makes Togashi the one of the best writers. Seriously it made me cry, happy, angry, and fell in love with the story of each characters.

-Art 10-
The art is magnificent. Character design, backgrounds, and powers. It is well detailed, This is what amazing about madhouse, it was consistent considering this was a long term anime. It is pleasing to the eye. It is cute when you look at it, what makes it good that it is a little childish. If it were more adult looking it thing the show would go gore and horror. I think it is amazing colorful, bright but not to bright well balanced art. It's something you can display on an art museum.

-Sound 10-
The sound is good but gets better and better when you watch it. The soundtrack in the fighting scenes were the best of the best. It get me get of my feet and feel like rocky. Man, feel like I'm the one fighting. The seiyuu was great, it really fits the art perfectly.

-Character 10-
Character oh characters, I don't even no where to begin. Should I begin with the protagonist or the antagonist? Im gonna start with the protagonist, the four protagonist really stroke there story in ma heart *cry* I mean the reasons why they want to be a hunter. Those characters really, they have a special something in themselves not all protagonist has that. It's makes you feel like you the protagonist it self.

The antagonist is well the reason why this story is sosososo goooood! You just can't hate them. Hisoka, Phantom troupe, Meruem what other characters are like them? I don't know how to feel about them, should I hate or love? Damn!

I don't even need to talk about these, should I? I wanted to sleep but I can't, I tell my self another lie "last episode" but then realize that I was doing it again. I even pass out in my desktop watching this anime. It was fun even though got stiff neck it was worth! It is enjoyable, worth 148 episode but hoping for more!

Yeah, you know exaggerating. but at every aspect of this anime it never cease to amaze me. I recommend this if you want to watch a not to mainstream shounen anime. This is a masterpiece. I hope there will be more, T_T I am waiting for you Master Togashi!

Safe to read - No Spoilers

This was recommended by my friend who watches almost every ecchi anime out there, and this was one of the ecchi anime he introduced to me that was good. You know not the typical common ecchi anime. If I were to describe this anime it would be like you're in a science labaratory listening to your naked teacher holding a bible while fapping.

-Story 8-
It a about a russian kid whose name is Aleksander Nikolaevich Hell or Sasha. He's a qwaser and to tell you what that is do you know legend of Aang or Kora? He's like the iron ... bender, and to use that skill he must suck soma or to simply put it "breast milk".

The story/plot is good it was satisfying to watch .The flow of the story is good, character developement, and good amount of flashbacks. I really watch it for the boobs- I mean plot. I mean really just watch the first episode and the first second starts with the plot already.

-Art 8-
I like the art because it fits an ecchi anime. Althoug the art isn't exactly rare or anything amazing it was just the common normal art that almost every anime has. The details is alright. You know panty shots, and big boobs.

-Sound 6-
Did not like the music,The OST was dull, it didn't strike me, you know when you're sad and the OST just makes you cry, it lack that. I couldn't feel the music in fight scenes. The OST and ED I skipped them, it wasn't really interesting for me. Although the voice actors were good, it fits the faces of the characters.

-Characters 7-
Character design it's alright. The characters were weird but good weird cuz it doesn't make them common characters. The girls in this anime mostly consist of big boobs girl. Really if you want to watch ecchi anime and you have big boob fetish, this one is perfect for you.

-Enjoyment 8-
I can't fully enjoy the anime 1 episode and I go to the bathroom. I can't watch it in 1 go. :S Like I this was recommended by my friend and I don't really watch ecchi anime but this is great. It has that good plot that I was interested to.

I really recommend for hardcore ecchi fan out there! Has uncensored and censored version though, but who the heck loves censored version?! The uncensored version is very borderline hentai, if action, ecchi, and harem is not your cup of tea don't watch it. But atleast give it a try.

Pros:
You can learn alot science from the story. Like periodic tables, atom and other things

Cons:
Too much fanservice, cant focus well on the story. To put it simply it relies on fanservice too much.
