Kara no Kyoukai Movie 1: Fukan Fuukei

Having seen both of these to the end I can say the only true similarities (they are similar of course) are that although one is male and one female, both anime contain a protagonist that has the mystic eyes of death. They see lines and the way their eyes are perceived are the same (seeing lines, cut through them, things die), and both of them are called "bloodthirsty killer" at least once. Both have a friend of the opposite gender. Tsukihime is more vampire based while Kara no Kyoukai is modern day (sort of) Both also have a powerful male antagonist.

Both have some type of beasts, one has digital monsters as trusty side kicks, one has a shadow beast but both beasts are combat worthy yet friendly with a sense of humor Both have a simple (not so simple if you watch them but...) light vs darkness scenario Both have a "Friendship is power" feel to them Both have epic feel battles and great finales Both make the finales very very "all hope is lost" in one way or another

Both are focused around a somewhat kawaii protagonist which both aquire the power to kill "anything" yet still manage to find worthy opponents Both protagonists have some sort of emotional/mental flaws Both protagonists "slice" limbs off their opponents Both are supernatural and dark, full of gore with awesome music Both protagonists have a male counter part Both anime are focused around murder or deaths of lots of people

Kaze no Stigma

Both have red haired female protagonists of a young/teen age which use a sword and manipulate fire in one way or another Both have a wise "guardian". Kazuma in KnS and Alastor in SnS Both have elements of romance Both fight against some sort of army (and the enemy army from both anime, reside in a castle of some type)

True Tears

Clannad
add

Both are pretty focused on Romance, Drama and School. Clannad has supernatural elements while True Tears doesn't. Both have a lot of girls are one guy as the focus to the story. Might even go as far as saying "True Tears" could be a "If Clannad had no supernatural theme to it, it would be..." Both male protagonists are delinquents, or at least labelled as one and end up attempting to help girls with their problems, both with interesting results. Both are PG-13

Both protagonists have a "useless" human tagging along with them for one reason or another. Both use swords bigger (or longer) than they are Both have some kind of super power (wind scar, backlash wave etc while Shana has flame of heaven, her fire wings and exceptional detection of "intent to kill") Both are very fast protagonists (combat wise) Both have emotion issues and don't understand a lot of things (like how to treat a member of the opposite gender for example) Both have an excessively powerful enemy which has hordes of different enemies (Naraku's incarnations and Bal Masques army leaders)

Death Note

...then you might like
Gosick
add

Both these anime involve solving supernatural mystery (singular for death note, plural for gosick) The differences show where the super smart protagonist is male in Death Note but female in Gosick. Victorique has wierd habits and solves mysteries insanely fast and police often rely on her, just like L. She also only takes cases that interest her, just like L. Also Gosick is told from protagonist point of view, where as Death Note is told from antagonist point of view (mostly)

Tokkou

TOKKO I have previously started to watch. In comparison with Elfen Lied they both have pink haired kick ass chicks that seem to be good at blood shed for one reason or another. And both have a race of demons or new species (diclonius) trying to eliminate mankind. Both seem to follow a good story and have nice art and characters.

Mild nudity, thugs, monsters - Akira is the more interesting of these two anime by far. Wether or not you enjoyed Wicked City or not. If you so much as consider watching Wicked city the Akira would be a great choice to watch.
