Infinite Ryvius has an epic OST

Mugen no Ryvius easily has one of the most abysmal OST's I've ever heard in any anime.

Bless this man.
While he not be my favourite composer music wise, he certainly defined some of the shows I like the most.

You sir, are a musical GOD.

This man produces one of my most favourite and distinguishing soundtracks. A blend of authentic Japanese instruments such as hints of the Koto and Shamisen as observed in Argento Soma and the Seikai trilogy, and contemporary classical instruments evidently heard such as the western flute and glockenspiel, not to mention epic timpani entrances in some of his best compositions. Words cannot describe this legend. Hands down to Hattori-sensei.

A fascinating composer with a vivid historical influence in Japanese 20th century music. The Wikipedia article reveals that he is from a family of composers, and that his influence in classical, jazz, and film are just as big as that in anime.
