Hiramatsu made her debut in the music world on February 1989 with the single Seishun no Album and the album TREASURE. But her biggest hit didn't come until 1992 when she release the single Heya to Y Shirt to Watashi. During the same time, she would join the unit HIRA-O-SAKI with Ozaki Ami and Sakiya Kenjiro, releasing the album My Best Friend soon after.
