One of the best anime script writers out there. It's a shame she pretty much stopped working on anime, since I believe the comedic stuff on Dandy wasn't really playing to her strengths (granted she still had a couple of really strong episodes in there, notably the last one she did on the series). Wolf's Rain and Cowboy Bebop are, from my perspective, as good as anime can get.
