Roig, Jorge

Is a veteran mexican dubbing actor and director.

He has more than 45 years of experience in the voice dubbing specialty, where, in addition to acting, he has worked for many years as a director, song adapter and music director.

In the early 1980s, he moved to work in dubbing companies and studios in Los Angeles, California, accompanied by his wife, actress Rocío Garcel, and their son, actor Jorge Roig Jr. The Roig Garcel couple had the opportunity participating jointly in various Hollywood productions such as Alien, the eighth passenger, where he played Chief Engineer Parker and she played Lieutenant Ellen Ripley, and Splash, where he played Freddie Bauer and she played the siren, Madison, among many others.

Later he returns to Mexico with his wife and his son and they continue their dubbing career in the country's capital.
