Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and manga in English in February and April 2020, respectively. The fourth novel volume went on sale in August 2021. The seventh manga volume shipped on January 21.
Synopsis
Flum Apricot was never meant to be a hero. Despite zero stats across the board and a power she can't even use, she somehow finds herself included in a party of heroes. But Flum's life hits rock bottom when the party's renowned sage, Jean Inteige, decides that the useless girl is dead weight, and arranges to have her sold into slavery. Tossed to monsters to be feasted upon for her master's entertainment, Flum makes the desperate choice to reach for a cursed weapon... and something new awakens within her. A grimdark tale about one woman's blood-soaked quest to reclaim her life! (Source: Seven Seas Entertainment)

Well I'll definitely give it a try, but I'm tired of being baited by waifu only promo art only to see hoards of usually dumbass men on screen

i saw the 'Yuusha Party' in the title and i assumed it was another generic isekai until i checked the tags
i love dark fantasy and yuri so i'll probably enjoy this one
btw i have no problem with the isekai theme itself , it becomes a problem when you mix it with generic stuff like harem/cheating ability ...

@deltahalo241 like tastes differ of cause but I personally like the LNs. The contrast bertween how damn fucked up the world setting is and how cute is MC relationships with her love interest and closer friends are is pretty nice.
The action is pretty good and monsters are straight up like they came from Junji Itou works. Also, MCs unique skill is powerful but very gimmiky so she does not win every fight with ease and other characters also have their time to shine. Oh, and it is one of the cases there MC will brutally kill enemies when they actually deserve it (unless they will tone it down).

Just back in January I made some comment how cool it would be if Roll Over and Die would get an anime (over here), but I didn't actually think that the chances for it were any good^^
The source material can be pretty graphic so I'm curious how they're going to adapt that. Hoping for the best 🥰
I would maybe expect them to adapt 2 volumes of the light novel story because that's about as far as the manga is (I could be wrong of course)
It's also announced that the lightnovel is being continued. It's finally out of hiatus

@EcchiGodMamster How would you know that if you don't read it first. You can't complain about being baited when you don't even try something out first. Also, I would just like to comment that you have almost every single entry of MHA & Dragon Ball on your list despite those series mostly having guys.
you're highly misinterpretting what i said.... i didn't say i WON'T watch anime full of dudes...
and why would you mention Dragon Ball? i've been watching Dragonball since TV/VCR was our only option and the internet barely existed..... although to be fair, you're kind of correct in the sense that if DB came out TODAY and wasn't a classic i grew up with, i more than likely wouldn't watch it
hence why i only watched ep 1 of the Kenshin remake
