Light Novel 'Mikata ga Yowasugite Hojo Mahou ni Tesshiteita Kyuutei Mahoushi, Tsuihou sarete Saikyou wo Mezashimasu' Gets TV Anime in Fall 2025

Digital advertising company CyberAgent opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Alto's Mikata ga Yowasugite Hojo Mahou ni Tesshiteita Kyuutei Mahoushi, Tsuihou sarete Saikyou wo Mezashimasu (The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest) light novel on Friday, revealing the lead cast, production staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promo. The anime series will premiere in October 2025.

Voice actor Shuuichirou Umeda (Zom 100, Make Heroine ga Oosugiru!) is starring as Alec Ygret.

Alto originally began penning the adventure fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in October 2020. Kodansha began publishing the series under its K Ranobe Books label in August 2021, featuring illustrations by Yuunagi (Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki). The fifth volume went on sale last August.

Yuki Monji began serializing a manga adaptation on the Magazine pocket app and website in July 2021. Kodansha published the 14th volume on January 8, with the 15th volume planned for an April 9 release.

Kodansha's K Manga service publishes the manga in English.
